La ubicación, la comodidad para entrar y salir a través de códigos , que había wifi, pudimos alojarnos con nuestro perrete y el baño muy bonito. También pudimos ver nexflix en la tele , el sofá y la cama eran cómodos.

El tamaño del alojamiento (un poco pequeño), no había tostadora y faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina.

La cercanía

Somos conscientes de que es un edificio antiguo, pero se podría mejorar, la habitación que daba al patio interior por la noche olía un poco raro, las escaleras y la ducha.

Perfect location close to Alhambra and old town, nice and helpful hosts, drinkable tab water, good shower and comfy beds.

The sofa bed wasn't cleaned well and the bed sheets were old. Bad sound proofing in the hotel. No room for the kitchen table if you open up the sofa bed.

Es un habitáculo, que han intentado adaptar a un apartamento, super pequeño, malos olores, la nevera al lado de la cabecera de la cama que la tuvimos que apagar por las noches ya que el ruedo es muy molesto y lo tienes en la cabeza, No hay armario alguno y teníamos que tener la maleta encima de la pequeña mesa, limpieza regular al levantar la sabana había un grupillo de pelos una cosa muy desagradable, al otro día lo comente a un chico que casualmente estaba en recepción, tengo fotos de todo ello.

First of all, the location of the hotel was very good. We were able to tour the entire city center by walk. You can reach the Nasrid Palace directly from the hotel, within a 10-minute walk from the back gate of the Alhambra. Our room was very spacious and clean. Although we went on the hottest days of the summer, the air conditioning was sufficient and we were comfortable. Hotel staff were very caring and polite. They made useful suggestions about the city. We look for free parking on the first day with Renato. :) We couldn't find, but it was ok. He also helped for the car park near the hotel (24€ for 2 days). Thanks for all!

A very comfortable room which came with a bathroom, kitchenette, fridge and washing machine. It was everything we needed. We were particularly excited about the toasted sandwich maker. Cheese toasties for the win!!!

Self check-in, great shower, clean bedrooms and good towels, a view of the snowy mountains when we looked out of the windows. not big for good for four people but that’s no problem if you’re out most of the time.

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly before we arrived. Couldn’t find any tea or coffee. instructions for finding parking could be clearer.

Location was good.

Balcony was mentioned in the booking.com page while booking but got a room in the ground floor. Kitchen was too small and constricted to do real cooking. Parking is located about 3-4 mins away and was difficult to get.

Location was excellent! Walking distance to the Alhambra, Albaicin and the Historic Center. Facilities were excellent as well. The staff was accommodating and very helpful when I made inquiries.

The windows are extremely dirty and the terrace is next to airco’s, so it’s noisy.

The location was wonderful, the apartment is very cute , loved the view and the little terrace, everything needed was available.

The bed on the mezzanine floor was too low and difficult to get in and out

Went to the property but was told room was still being cleaned. We came back an hour later and the room was ready. The bedrooms were small but reasonably well equipped, particularly for a short trip.

Not enough information in apartment. Both tourist and apartment amenities. No real tourist maps, a photocopy that was so poor it was of little use. We had to find tourist Information in the City. The Internet was very poor and intermittent.

Place was good and value for money

The apartment is located in an excellent location, halfway between the city center and the Alhambra. The room is a little smaller, but the bathroom is spacious. It was also a very pleasant temperature in the room (in the middle of August) so you don't have to turn on the air conditioner. It is good option for few days spent in Granada.

the apparment itself is lovely, with kitchen utensils and coffee. Also the little balcony is wonderful.

The electric fan wasn't working. Since the bed was directly beneath the roof, it was very hot.

The apartment is located in a very nice building, decorated with a beautiful swallow (golondrinas) theme. The position is central in the Realajo district. Alhambra can be easily reached on foot. Also Realajo and Albaycin can be visited on foot from the apartment. Restaurants and markets are close to the apartment. Hosts were very kind with us.

The apartment was a little narrow for 4 people, also if 4 beds were available. Free parking is not very close to the apartment.

Excellent location close to Alhambra and short walking distance to the city centre, small and quiet street. Low square meters of the appartment, but very functionnal!

More difficult to park the car (either public paid parking or need to try to find some free space appr. 250 m and more from the appartment).
