I am a regular customer as I live nearby. It was a convenient and relaxing mini-vacation place.

Customer service. I mixed up my reservation and got a notice half hour after check-out reminding me that I didn't show. I called immediately and asked if I could rebook, as I paid in advance. I was informed it was non-refundable. I asked if I could at least get a ticket for the bath and the national travel coupons. I am literally a five minute drive away. The representative said no, it's past check out. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me to give up and that she would hang up the phone. I offered to leave a phone number so they could call me back at a convenient time. But she refused to take my number. After a long hold, the manager came back and said there was nothing they could do because it was past check-out time. Even though I am a regular customer, this was the best they could do.
