Nice and big amenities

Though they used a lot of effort building this resort and amenities, I suggest the management to improve their service. First, when we came inside the hotel room, the floor is not clean, there is a lot of sand in the floor and it feels sticky. There is also no towels in the room that we needed to ask for it. Second we ordered nuggets for our toddler but they gave a raw one. We asked them to give as a well done nuggets, but before giving us a new one, they took the nuggets first and wanted to see if its really raw. Third, they threw a personal thing that's on the floor but was not inside the thrash can. The housekeeping suppose not to throw items that is not in the thrash bin.

Services needs more to be effecient and fast .

The tour that was setup by the concierge was great.

Room service did not know their own menu. Would not pick up the use dishes until the third day. Personal assisted to clean tables also cook food. There was only one restaurant open and many people had to stand in line and wait to eat Pool area adjacent to checkin was very slippery. Many people slipped and fell and nothing was done about it.

Checkin experience was terrible. Room definitely not clean.

Swimming pool and beach are very good. STAFFS are so friendly.

We love the pools, the food and staff.

The bathroom is flooding. The shower is broken. The toilet flush is broken.

It would be much appreciated if in case the housekeeping staffs can't tidy up the room... emptying/changing the garbage bin at least could do...
