I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Diana. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountain. Is quiet and close to transport, there is also parking available. The receptionist was very helpful and easy to talk to with a positive attitude and smile. Overall very happy with the hotel, location and staff and would love to stay again in the future.

Noise from the street, TV has only few channels

First, they saved us. We ordered other room and the host did not show up, and we looked for a room in 9 pm. When we arrived to the hotel they were extermly friendly and improved our day significally. We used the hotel for our stay in Sofia. We had a car and there is free parking of the hotel and near the hotel. There are several big supermarkets near by (like 1km), one of them was opened till midnight. To get to the city we took the car to James Bourchier park and ride. We left the car there and took the metro. This was very convinent. The paradise mall is also very close. We got two rooms in the hotel, they were good and very clean. Thanks

We arrived out of season and with Covid conditions still prevail so the restaurant was not yet open for beakfast or evening meal. However there are a number of great restaurants nearby so all good.

You walk in the door and the staff welcome you with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. You notice first how clean it is and how nice it smells. We had a room on the second floor which I’ve stayed in before, views over Sofia city are amazing and sunsets stunning. The room was spotless, clean and fresh again smelt really good. Beds are amazingly comfortable and at night the rooms are dark. I didn’t have the need to use the air con. Big big windows (clean) to the breathtaking views. There is an inner hallway and a separate exit door you can close so it’s very quiet from inside too. We arrived late 21:20 and were offered a meal on arrival.

No breakfast included. And the shower directly in front of the toilet! A kettle in the rooms would be perfect.

I booked the hotel on last minute whim, as my Dad was in a local hospital for surgery. To my joy The hotel room was more than adequate, nice and clean with ample space, The staff were lovely and very accommodating even with a slight language barrier !, the food was equally as good, especially the fish. Nice little garden to sit out in to enjoy a drink or two!! 🤪 I was genuinely sad to leave... I will be going back... even if it’s just to say hello to Tanya and team.

The local cockerel !! ...But you soon get use to it.
