Extremely old hotel,low maintenance,sense of decadence everywhere. WiFi works only in the restaurant not in the rooms. Our bathroom was awful. Honestly I would not recommend staying here for a holiday. We spent just one night during our trip and it was ok, but nothing more.

Excellent place to be but, unfortunately I didn't end up staying in. Because my first night it was very bad experience because the bed sheets were not changed from the previous Occupancy. The next day no electricity and I was moved to another room which has draining issues in the bathroom. When I had shower it doesn't go. So my wife was upset and asked us to move out. Because, there was no electricity and also drainage problem. The hotel owner are aware of this. The entire team are the best people.

The staffs were excellent in handling our complaints and also supportive throughout the process. The manager is brilliant and cooperative. Is only that. The facility and the service were not available for our stay.

This hotel’s location was beautiful with amazing views, right on the beach . The manager and staff were really lovely and tried their best to make us feel welcome. The plus point for us was that the rooms are literally on on the beach , rooms had a kitchen and a basic breakfast was included . Also location was only 10-15 mins from town

The hotel needs lots of TLC , the rooms need to be completely renovated and cleaned we think people would be happy to pay more for this location if only someone would breath new life into it.

Location excellent, ate in the restaurant every day, choice of food was varied and good quality. All staff were polite and friendly, room cleaned to a good standard.

Water pressure was sometimes low and at times no water to shower, but it didn't spoil our stay, it's Gambia and expected at times.

Good location but room had absolutely no reception so could not get any WiFi or even receive or make calls. Windows also could not open but there was air con so that was ok. Shower was excellent and bed was very comfortable but on our original booking said breakfast would be served at the room which didn’t happen so we missed it due to packing. We asked about this and was told breakfast is served at the bar. The staff were friendly but there was no apology for the mix up so I suggested there info on booking.com be updated.

Windows didn’t open and no WiFi or reception in room only available at the bar.

Exceptional beach. Nice view. Clean & fresh. Hamakas near the beach.

It was impossible to enter the bathroom. Thanks to other guest help we force to open the door.
