Quiet area, clean room, easy parking

I had a private separate bathroom which was good however it would be nice for it to be accessed via only my bedroom key - that way I’d know it was private!

Sophie and Luke are a lovely couple, very welcoming. Fresh breakfast, cooked to order every morning is a winner.

Nice BnB, easy to find and left easy instructions for self checkin as we were arriving late. Comfortable and clean. Really friendly couple running it, gave us some great tips. Good breakfast. Happy all round and would stay again.

Creaky floorboards in some places, not much that can be done about it and didn't really impact our stay.

Owners were amazing, couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. breakfast was delicious.

Shower pressure wasn't the best. Needed a bit more ventilation with breakfast cooking, I could smell the oil on the clothes I wore to breakfast.

I’d read the reviews that the breakfast was delicious but it exceeded that - the breakfast is honestly better than pretty much all the restaurants we’ve ever been to. The rooms were very clean and spacious with comfy beds and a nice shower room. The hosts were super friendly with lots of advice for places to eat and things to do nearby etc

The hosts, Sophie and Luke were both lovely. Sophie went out of her way to make our trip memorable even writing down the best route to take around the lake which we very much appreciated. The English breakfast each morning was lovely and we cleared our plates each time so thanks to Luke for cooking our breakfasts. I love the fact all the rooms are named after the lakes they were clean and comfortable. Was close to a high Street so we could get everything we needed and lots of pubs round if you'd like a drink. Good luck to Sophie and Luke with your future plans of expanding and can't wait to see it when we next visit 😀

Lovely big, clean room with big en suite bathroom. Great location on the main road into town. Luke and Sophie are very friendly and provide a lovely cooked breakfast that sets you up for the day. I’ll definitely be back.
