Perhaps some changes in the breakfast menu as it becomes a bit boring if staying for long. But special thanks to the restaurant staff.

The services in Historico Central Hotel were outstanding. We stayed a week and found the staff to be friendly, ready to help, and good at their respective jobs. Breakfast was included in the rate, with table service and many options in what to order. Roberto was an outstanding waiter, whom we looked forward to seeing. The central location of the hotel meant that we were in an ever-busy spot, but our room was quiet and comfortable. As we were there for a week, it was a bit snug but we were not aiming to spend much time in it. We could walk to some excellent restaurants, the the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocolo, artisan markets, Museo do Artes Popular, and getting an Uber to go to farther reaches never took long. Many of the hotel guests told us they return to this hotel whenever in Mexico City, and we can see why.

Would have been happy to have a room that was a bit larger, but our room was comfortable and well-equipped.

All day long free water, snacks (including sandwiches, wraps …) and beverages (coffee …). The hotel is located very centrally. We booked a very nice tour through the hotel to Teotihuacan.

The gym is very very small, at most for one or two persons.

The hotel is clean and neat and every single employee was calm, cheerful, courteous and helpful beyond belief. The free breakfast was expected, but they also have a wonderful little café with free coffee, sandwiches, soup, pastries, snacks, etc that are available 24/seven. The building itself is a historical building, beautifully restored, and sitting in the light and plant-filled atrium nourishes the soul.

We arrived too late to enjoy any of the amenities our first night. Not their fault.

Best hotel in Mexico! From the wonderful, helpful, friendly staff to the free fruit & water this hotel is just amazing. The location is brilliant you are in the center of the city yet it is very quiet. Walk 2 minutes to everything. Their cafe offers free 24/7 food and drinks to guests! Can you believe it? It’s true salads, soaps, pasta, pizza plus hot & cold drinks. I’ve stayed here twice and will definitely go back! 💯
