La decoración del hotel en general así como la de la propia habitación y el mobiliario de la misma.
Edificación mal aislada y muy calurosa, aunque se compensa con el aire acondicionado.

大廳和餐廳整體設計的非常好看，然後離MAYA百貨很近.
飯店旁店家live演唱幾乎都到晚上12:00，再加上飛機飛過的聲音，怕吵的人不適合住這。

- loud noise from pub and airplane take off
- only suitable for teens who want to expose to night life
- no peace and relaxing atmosphere during my stay
- staff tried to change the room but gave the room that wasn’t ready so we have to get another room. Once we got the new key card to new room, that key card couldn’t log in. Staff is careless to check it carefully and have problem in communication

Izba bola orientovaná k múru asi 4-5 metrov ďalšej budovy, hluk bol neznesiteľný, ozvena...Na takýto dlhší pobyt, nikdy viac, chceli sme zmeniť izbu na výhľad do hôr, neumožnili. Menili sa tu iba krátkodobé návštevy na 1-2 noci.

Friendly staffs, comfy beds, big shower room. very nice local food nearby, walking distance to very nice local food store & massage, walking distance to One Nimman.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Khun Tai and Khun Alongkot did help me a lot during my stay. Location is good (near department store, Doi suthep). Breakfast was above average for the price. The room were clean, same as other hotels in CROSS group.
Location is near the airport, so it a little noisy during the flight.
No security camera at parking area.

Very good location. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I checked in at late night and requested for room change. The staff was really willing to facilitate and find the new room.
Parking lot is a bit packed

The location is excellent, next to Maya Shopping Mall and within easy walking distance of Nimmanhemin Road, with all its restaurants and bars.
I had a problem with forgetting my passports in the safe and the staff dealt with it in a very satisfactory way.

All are good but parking is superb.
However, in my father's room, we had to call for cleaning in the afternoon for the 2nd night.
I think because they have lack of staffs.
However, all staffs at the front desk and the dining room are very friendly and helpful.
We got upgrade rooms from booking. The room are bigger.
The rooms in Building B are more noisy than building A.
My room and my sister room are 624 and 522 are more noisy than my father and my cousin room which are 623 and 621.
My cousin's room 621, the window cannot be locked.

the studio was amazing, i really enjoyed my short stay there. the studio had everything that was needed. really comfortable beds aswel. location was great too,

Very comfortable large bed, great location (2 minute walk to Maya mall, 5 minute walk to One Niman with lots of bars restaurants and a night market & 30ish minutes into old town, or 200 baht tuk tuk).
Daily cleaning with drinking water restocked
Booked a room with garden view but got a view of a next door hotel. Booked a suite with kitchen but were told that your not allowed to use the hob or cook in the room. Pool not worth mentioning, small & shallow and in the shade all day.
