no spices in the kitchen and shower is leaking

El apartamento en sí nos gustó mucho, pero lo que más fue el balcón y lo limpio y nuevo que estaba el apartamento.

Le faltaba una tabla para cortar, a lo mejor alguna fuente para la ensalada, y, el sofa es muy bonito pero incomodo.

De kracht van deze locatie is de ligging. Je loopt de Calle Lanzarote (50m) uit en bent meteen op de boulevard en het strand. Het strand van Las Palmas is zeer gunstig gelegen (uit de wind).

De appartementen zijn functioneel. Aangepaste verlichting zou het appartement gezelliger maken. De ontvangst gaat per app met een toegangscode. Dit is wat onpersoonlijk. Dit maakte ook dat we er niet van op de hoogte waren dat in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage tegen gereduceerd tarief geparkeerd kan worden en een continue uitrijkaart beschikbaar is. Hier maakte een behulpzame en vriendelijke medewerker van de parkeergarage ons op attent.

Sobre todo la ubicación

Location is great and seems to be rather safe. It's near restaurants, supermarket, bars, etc. And of course the beach. There are 3 new TVs in the two bedrooms and the living room. Beds are a bit small but comfortable. Living room furniture is very good. Airco's work well.

Turning on the airco would make a very loud pump turn on roughly every 2 minutes for about 2 seconds. This went on for the whole night making it difficult to sleep. I tried contacting their office via their WhatsApp Business account and by calling them but texts were responded one day after and calls were not answered at all. The solution was to sleep without air conditioners. Kitchen and toilets are not bad, but have seen better days. Part of the kitchen furniture was falling (lower planks). Shower leaked water to the bathroom. Shower head wouldn't stay in place. Lots of small things that need to be fixed by a handyman.

Location. Literally 31 seconds to the beach. Also, my initial impressions were excellent from the lobby to the distribution of the keys to the bottle of wine on the table.

A clock would have been nice. The bedroom A/C still does not work (as noted in a previous review). The floor was sticky until my wife cleaned it and the spare pillow in the bedroom closet was covered in makeup from a previous tenant.
