Blood on the wall. Terrible, uncomfortable bed and pillows Shower was poor.

The location was about the only positive thing I can say about this place. It was decorated nicely too.

The apartment was not the one we originally booked, it was on the ground floor and incredibly hot but far too loud to have the windows open. Everything felt a little bit grubby and our friends had blood smeared all down the wall in their bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were slats missing. I messaged about the apartment being the wrong one and was ignored. Just all round disappointing for the expensive price we paid.

Very good location and good value. Suffiicient equipment in general for self-catering.

No free change of bedlinen etc in a 4 week stay. Oven hard to control accurately and lacked a baking tray or oven glove. Lift said to be awaiting maintenance but others said it had been out for years! (Would Disability discrimination law apply?)

Nothing. The location was by a very noisy road. The property was almost impossible to get into

The property was sel-entering. The keypad numbers were worn out so that it was almost impossible to read, especially if you arrived as I did in fading light. There was no one there to help you. Eventually another guest arrived and let me in. Once inside, if she hadn't been with me, I would not have been able to locate the apartment key. I was tired, it was late, the whole thing was a ngihtmare.

I liked the privacy and great location. Will probably stay there again

Windows are very old and do not shut out the street noise. No staff on site to say hello to, I had 30 emails just for a two night booking, redicuous!!

Well equipped studio, centrally located and comfortable. Good shower.

A bit noisy as on main bus route with thin windows.

I was a bit concerned about the key code to get in, and to retrieve the keys, but it was fine.

I found tea bags but didn’t find the sachets of milk in the fridge till afterwards!

I liked how close this apartment was to the centre and everything like pubs and restaurants. The apartment was great, perfect for a weekend in Bristol.

The only thing to mention was there was a bit of mold in some places but it was nothing too bad.

tv mounted to wall facing away from bed, not manoeuvrable, which isn’t a huge problem so speaks volumes

The location was perfect. So close to all the shops and pubs. The room was very warm (excellent heater). The bed was comfortable.

The room did not look like the photos. We paid for a room that had a sofa, bright coloured walls and pictures, however; it was completely different and tiny. The shower was electric and had no power. The chain for the toilet was lose and hard to flush. We were meant to have a queen bed and got a double. It was very noisy outside as we were on the main road so hard to sleep and got woke up too early.
