I love the big rooms .

The room was spacious and included all the necessities. We specifically enjoyed hotel's restaurant where food was delicious

Upon sitting on bed huge dust particles flew around the room from underneath it. The mattresses were used up and caused back pain. I missed vegetable in breakfast menu.

The beds are old and the room needs a complete renovation. The sink faucet was loose and there was no mirror above the sink. Lightbulbs were missing from the lamps, only the light in the ceiling was working. The breakfast buffet was almost empty around 9 am and there was a long wait for a refill. The price of the room was outrageous!

Room walls are thin, we can hear everything going on outside our room. Other than that, everything was great.

Clean, comfortable, good location. 100% would recommend.

Our room was huge (especially the shower). It was on the first floor, which was easily accessible via lift. The breakfast was very delicious with pancakes, oatmeal, bread, cereal and egg. As Bifröst is quite small, you can get very fast to all nearby attractions (like Grábrok).

Alas, the pool was not open at the end of June, which I was looking forward to. Also, we parked at the right spot, but did not find the hotel at first (maybe the sign blends in too well with the building?).

Did not like the fact that we were not allowed to cancel a room, even though we had cancelled on Booking.com. Theysaid it was not cancelled in time, it was Iceland time and not US time. When all other hotels considered our request, just a few hours late..that too it was Time difference that cause the issue

The wifi is terrible and if you want to use it from the lobby you have to do it before 10 pm because the lobby will be closed off. The pool/hot tub has been closed for a year, this is not mentioned on booking.com. Breakfast is basic. Don't expect fruit (except a greenish watermelon) or pancakes.

Very friendly staff. Great location just off route 1 and a Good place to stop after driving from Keflavik Airport in our way north. Interesting volcanic craters nearby, otherwise nothing in the area. Dinner was good. Breakfast was OK but replenishment a little slow.
