The room was immaculate, very comfortable, nice array of pillows labeled soft & firm, (nice touch). Bathroom had nice clean soap & shampoo dispensers mounted in the shower. Brutally hot outside, when I walked into the room, it was refreshingly cool. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Very well managed property.

Nothing. It was closed. Hit by lightning and burned day before our arrival.

I was never contacted about closure and had to hunt for another place to stay. Booking.com told me they would contact me in half an hour with a place to stay. Never heard from them.

We were evacuated at 3 am, due to a fire. Since then no one from the hotel or Booking.com has reached out to us to see if we are safe or if they could do anything for us.
