Nice hotel in a good location. 2nd visit. Breakfast variety is very good.

Never got any sleep. Function was on until 1am. After it finished, there were still a few guests who kept on going until after 4am. First visit was grand. Not sure I would go back. On checkout receptionist response to the no sleep and noise was very poor.

Our room was on the ground floor, and it was lovely and warm, spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. It was also extremely quiet and we got an really good night's sleep. Right from the minute we entered we were greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly receptionist who gave us a choice of two rooms and advised that the ground floor one might suit us best, which she was perfectly right as it was so luxurious and the decor was so modern. The breakfast we were served next morning by a delightful efficient waitress was delicious, and she even checked to see if everything was OK and asked if we needed more tea+toast, this lady really went over and above to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Its surely the staff who make this lovely hotel what it is, and the location is perfect too just off the M1. Definitely we will be returning here again on our next trip up north.

Food great beds really comfy. Good hot shower. Staff really helpful and friendly.

The walls between rooms seem really thin I could hear next doors television and girls chatting and laughing . I don’t think they were outrageously loud just the lack of sound proofing. It was such a shame as the rooms are ver6 comfortable.

Atmosphere was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge thank you to Frances in the Queen Anne restaurant. She is a credit to your hotel. Really helpful and informative. She was a pleasure to meet.

No lift as my mother has knee complaints and found the stairs a bit tough.

The breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable.

Room is too small to accommodate 3 single beds. Not enough railings in bedroom to hang towels either.
