Fabulous decor, very spacious bedroom. Lovely bathroom with free standing bath. Beautiful breakfast room. Choice and quality was excellent. Very comfortable beds. Friendly and welcoming staff. Quick check in and check out.

Could have done with a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. Fairly limited amount of tv channels and radio stations. We didn’t know about the rooftop jacuzzi in advance and couldn’t use it because we hadn’t brought any swimwear.

it’s an amazing hotel, very unique, traditional but quirky at the same time. Breakfast was incredible, especially the porridge!

we couldn’t book a family room on Booking.com but was told it is possible if you book directly.

Opulent and ornate architectural features of this building as well as its many rooms. We had a wonderful suite, Seamus O’Heaney, and thoroughly enjoyed the many amenities!

Parking is a bit dodgy but they pointed us to a nearby garage that they provide a discounted rate to Merchant guests.

The cocktail bar and great room were beautiful, staff were very friendly, food at jazz bar was amazing. Would stay again.

Price seemed a bit high for food, drinks, room.. etc but was very beautiful.

Bedroom was lovely and comfortable. Food was stunning. Staff were very friendly.

Bedroom location was very noisy until around 1am in the morning. So had very little sleep!

Breakfast was a vast menu. You could literally order anything. I can highly recommend eggs Benedict or the pancakes! Pastries were amazing and fantastic coffee. A beautiful setting with highly trained staff to make your experience enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our tour of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The rooms were beautiful and the air conditioning worked very well. I would love to return for a longer stay.

Out of this world never stayed anywhere quite like it staff were amazing room just perfect bathroom you could have held a party free standing bath, drink and food exceptional location perfect my dream hotel did not want to come home
