Die Lage. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Super war das Frühstück auf dem Balkon. Die Zimmer sind groß, der Hinterhof ruhig.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Die Zimmer im Hinterhof verteilen sich auf verschiedene Gebäude. Da könnte die Beschilderung verbessert werden. Nicht alle Zimmer können mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Mit viel Gepäck kommt man ins Schwitzen.

The overall vibe of the hotel is very charming but the service was slow and be aware that you have to drag your luggage up / down a flight of stairs because the lift doesn't go straight to the floor where your rooms are located.

room 24 had a very high. ed which had a thick very soft mattress roper making it very uncomfortable. a dirty sock was left under the radiator. when we arrived dirty laundry was left on the staff kitchen worktop which we could see when we checked in. not a great first impression. Noisy courtyard below where smokers gather and the smoke drifts up in through the guest room windows. only noisy portable air con units which were ineffective and very loud. From the pictures and previous reviews we felt totally disappointed.

The location of the hotel is prefect on a quiet leafy street, the room with the balcony was beautiful, and the room was very quiet ie there was no noise from other rooms, the elevator was far enough not to hear it. The breakfast had a great selection of things and yet privacy as you could also have it at the breakfast balcony. Friendly staff and good cleaning!

I liked the style of the hotel, high ceilings, wide staircases, nice furnishings.

The room was a little too warm and I couldn't see where to adjust the air con.

It was spotless and the room was huge in an absolutely excellent location I also loved the balcony, it was amazing to sit there in the mornings and evening after a long day, just listening to the hum of the Kurfürstendamm below

Didn't have time to explore more. Was a short stay. Souvenir shopping. Weather was great as well for early June.

A lovely clean, bright and well decorated room . Ideally located for my needs, near to the rail network for ventures further afield , but also plenty of shops bars and restaurants in walking distance. When I inevitably revisit Berlin I will definitely revisit the Augusta .
