Staff was very nice and location not bad because we stay out from the cities and we can get tram very often

Staff and location

We got a room facing the street which was extremely noisy. Luckily the windows had very good sound isolation and the air conditioning was working. All in all, it was a pleasant 1-night stay, with a good breakfast.

The carpet in the corridor could use a thorough cleaning.

The breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, salami, vegetables, bread of different types of bread and also jam and honey. In short, everything you need for a good breakfast. The people are polite and welcoming.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and they have left several rolls of toilet paper and more than two towels. The only thing I would improve, I would ask if possible the housekeepers who take care of the cleaning to come in and tidy up only the bed and check that everything is in order. I had the feeling that in four nights no one came to check. I left the window open and the bed unmade and when I came back everything was the same.

Everything was nicely done. And they did an exceptional service.

The place totally met my expectations.

Bed was sligthly uncomfortable.

Very clean hotel. Private parking is a plus, but you can easily find parking place in the streets around. Good connection to the city center. Automatic window shades are excellent feature. Heating works fine.

Water pressure was too low.

Modern, good facilities, good quality furnishings and fittings, electric roller shutters helped with daylight and road noise. Great breakfast, helpful staff. Not far from trams to city and metro.

Staff was friendly and willing to help with logistics. Good knowledge of English too.

The sound isolation is not the best. The room we got was looking towards the street which can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. Sounds from the hallway could also be heard but luckily it wasn't very busy during our stay. The room also had a shower instead of a bathub seen in the pictures.

Its location is perfect. The room was clean. The staff is helpful and nice. I could park my car in the hotel’s yard.
