A localização, perto do aeroporto e da região de Puerto Madero, é o ponto forte do hotel. No entanto, este NÃO É UM HOTEL 5 ESTRELAS, como anunciado. Está muito aquém disto!! Acomodações modestas e com pouca manutenção de móveis. Os quartos tem um carpet que merecia estar mais limpo. Os quartos da frente são muito escuros e não tem ventilação natural. Nenhuma "amenity"como água, chá ou café no quarto.

O atendimento no restaurante fica completamente comprometido com o péssimo atendimento do Maitre (um senhor de meia idade, um pouco calvo). O atendimento a brasileiros não me pareceu amigável no restaurante. Não recomendo fazer refeições no restaurante, que pode facilmente se transformar em uma experiencia desagradável. Área do café da manhã muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel, ficando, mesmo nos dias de semana, desconfortável para uso.

The exceptionally helpful staff/concierge who went out of there way to assist us upon arrival. in particular one gentleman (can't remember his name but was originally from Puerto Rica ) helped to sort out an issue we had with the taxi driver who got extremely disgruntled.

Even though the check out date was not a busy day for other customers to check in the later check out was costly.

Excellent location for restaurants by the river and getting to pink palace.Staff and food also excellent and any queries resolved immediately

The bath had some rust on it that could probably be repaired

in two days they did not manage to change a lightbulb for the lamp next to my bed but they advertise to tell them to please tell them about your stay during your stay, so that they can react while you are there!?bathroom had come into the years and the room‘s furniture is not the newest either. the room was a bit dark.
