Very convenient location, nice and luxurious setting in the room. Kept clean. Liked the apartment, easily accessible.

Made confirmation by request via booking messaging to check out at 2pm without additional and was agreed. Did double confirmed on this during check in and staff said yes. But on the day of check out, received call at 1.10pm saying, no had only extension till 1pm, the staff insisted on it and made it around like I had mistook the info. Best to have proper communication and also don't change after providing confirmation to guest.

shower is a bit old fashioned but it works fine

The location is really good - straight across from the mall and very central. The base cleanliness (bedding, bathroom etc) is clean and the housekeeping staff are obliging and friendly. The wi-fi is good.

The whole place is looking tired and in need of a refresh. The drains do smell at times, and the bed was uncomfortable and felt (and sounded) as if some of the base parts were broken).
