One thing unexpected was, the day we left, we found no water provided .We booked for 8 days but sadly had to leave 5 days earlier. This problem seems usually happens in this city. Except that, this resort hotel was super great, , comfortable beds, yummy breakfast, amazing scenery.. that made me feel so sad to leave. The hotel stuff helped to refund us cash. They speak in good English, no elevator but helped to carry our luggage to the second floor. I think I will come again, but I wish the water problems never happen again.

The reception staff was so lovely: she really went above and beyond to help. The pool is a great bonus.

I don’t know why but there was no breakfast buffet on my second morning so ended up having to pay for breakfast. The dorm beds need curtains.

we booked room for three people: 2adults and one 8 year kid booking.com provided rate with breakfast. During our breakfast in the hotel they said that we need to pay for the kid. But why??? somber in the booking.com there were no any information about it in advance and nobody inform us even during our check-in in the hotel. So it was a small scandal, that decrease overall perception about the trip. Please take it into attention when book the room for more then 2 people.

The view from the 4 bed room is breathtaking and also that they give you towels, slippers and tooth brushes. The breakfast buffet was top!

The location is great! With a nice view from the window, pretty quiet and fresh mountain air. The hotel has a authentic look which is nice and suitable within the environment. Friendly people and the service is good. A great price for room with all above and nice breakfast! Not too forget u surrounded by the mountains which are beautiful and nice for hiking and other activities.

The first room had a bit of strange smell which is def. coming from the bathroom area. Easily solved by opening the window. And next day they changed our room. I would say the maintenance of the place is a bit behind and eye for some details are missing - which definitely will improve the hotel drastically in a positive direction. The sauna is nice but limited available which made me plan my day around this moment of 19:00-21:00 and a bit of a basement vibe (as it is in the basement) and personally it wasn’t that comfortable to be there alone with no emergency switch in case of needed help. Again, some upgrades can make the experience significantly better.

IMPORTANT HEALTH WARNING: We got intoxicated in the breakfast. We were totally healthy when we arrived the previous night, our first morning we went to the buffet to have breakfast and 2 hours later, my girlfriend started to feel really bad and vomiting. One hour later, the same happened to me, it was very sudden. We decided to go to the hotel room and see if we felt better. It was the opposite. We called to the front desk asking for water and lemon to see if that would help, explaining that we were food poised at the hotel. The staff were rude and unfriendly from the beginning. They didn't want to help and hang out. After trying several times my girlfriend who speaks Russian could get some water to the room together with half a lemon. They don't speak any English by the way. After that, we called to order an ambulance, and they pushed us to pay 4€ for the half a lemon and warned us that we needed to pay for it very aggressively. I almost lost consciousness and the situation become dramatic, we figured how to call the ambulance ourselves and they took us to the hospital to get injections. The whole situation was a clear breach of any human treatment or hospitality standards. WE GOT INTOXICATED AT THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF WERE VERY AGGRESSIVE WITH US. We tried to contact the hotel management and other health organisations and authorities but we couldn't due to our situation. Next day we were able to talk with the hotel manager, bringing the hospital report, again she didn't speak any English but she understood it was the entire legal responsibility of the hotel (for the intoxication and the inhuman treatment we had received the previous night. She offered a refund and asked us for apologies since we informed them we would take this to the authorities and the embassies. After doing a local research we found that that this resort is popular for intoxications.
