The owners Jorge and Norma went out of their way to make us comfortable. They are kind and very generous people as are their son and daughter, Mike and Diana, who work in the cafe. We had a great breakfast before leaving. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Water pressure in our shower was low but was fine in both our kids' rooms.

Amazing property, lovely room, super comfortable bed, everything was so clean. Property owners were so welcoming and friendly. Restaurant at the hotel serves excellent food and drinks.

Wonderful hosts. Senor Miguel and Senora Norma were incredibly warm and welcoming. Room impeccably clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a sweet hotel. We loved the breakfast, coffee, great rooms with excellent toiletries and most of all the lovely staff.

Nothing much to say here really, we were happy with our one night accommodation in Cancun. Perhaps if we stayed longer we would consider a different neighbourhood but it suited us fine.

Facilities were on par. Overall the property looks beautiful with lots of plants and quirky little stuff everywhere. It’s well maintained, with clean rooms, great service, friendly staffs. Definitely try their coffee( especially the cold brew).

My room was well appointed , the host was charming , breakfast was excellent and the Casa was in the authentic Mexican part of Cancun. it was also good value for money

I have pet hate about my fellow guests who bang their bedroom doors . The doors banged in this Casa . The owner could fix it simply by adding foam around the door surroundings

Loverly owners who stayed up very late to welcome us after we had delays arriving. Lovely clean room and very comfortable bed. We had to leave to early the next morning but again the owners were there to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed - a great option if you’re passing through Cancun and don’t want the expense or hassle

very nice and helpful staff, especially if you arrive the first time in Mexico and do not speak any spanish. Room is clean, the bed is very comfortably hard. You should try the new cafe in the lobby which was recently opened. I prefer the European coffee from the good coffee machine. There are buses quite infront of the hotel going to Hotel Zone (remember if going back from the hotel zone to the hotel, you need to take the R2-Tolido bus, other buses might go to different directions) what I really like this, there is a very very big supermarket nearby,(Soriana Hiper) lots of other useful shops as well like barbershop etc with really local prices. There are also ATMs in front of the market where you can withdraw cash with a very good fee/rate (not like in the Hotel Zone). if you walk 10 minutes further, you will find a big outlet with all known brands and a casino to entertain.

do not take buses in the hotel zone in the rush hours (starting 16h) to the hotel. All staff from the hotel zone might have off and take the buses to go home and it is difficult to get/hitchhike one.
