A beautiful spot with a lovely story. Staff is incredibly helpful, food is really delicious, and property is a tiny piece of Caribbean paradise.

Because of the strong tides and lack of mangroves, the water is not clear.

We loved this place, perfect to relax and do nothing. We had a the last room with garden view and loved it! I think the sea view from the normal rooms is not so much view of the sea. The staff was very friendly the hotel had a nice atmosphere and looked great. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The bathroom doesn't have windows but moskito nets, which we thought was very nice. You felt like taking a shower in nature.

During our stay there were people smoking and playing music at the pool which is clearly forbidden. Also the restaurant doesn't have a lot of options for vegetarians or if you don't like seafood and is quite pricey. So we ended up walking to Palomino twice in the dark to get some food, that was a bit unfortunate. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and had a perfect lovely stay to relax.

Super relaxing family resort! No music allowed!

The restaurant is a bit expensive, however very very tasty! The bathroom windows are too low.

Total relaxation possible here! Loved the policy on no noise or music, just listening to the waves and birds. The food at the restaurant was spectacular, each dish was very well plated and most delicious! Very attentive staff and quick to resolve any issues. This is a little piece of paradise. Very private hut. Always hot water available, beach towels provided.

Compared to the other parts of the beach left and right it wasn’t as well maintained. Also the beach chairs would need some repair/replacement. Weren’t very comfy. Would be nice to have some covers. The pools were a bit smaller than they seemed on the pictures

Quality, friendly and helpful Staff, comfortable rooms, great pool, delicious drinks and good food.

The only minor minus is the noise in the morning due to the proximity of the room to the reception.

The nice and modern design of the rooms and public spaces. The amazing beach site with pool. I enjoyed the meal at the restaurant, it was really delicious.

People at the hot was very kind, the cabins were great, food was great, actually is the best food that can be found in Palomino. great to relax.

The only thing that we saw that can be a problem for bigger groups is that they don’t have any furniture to place and store many things, we used the sofa and the second bed to place our belongings.

Perfect place to stay in Palomino, view is awesome, restaurant is really good, beach volleyand pool on the beach. Nice and really helpful people. 100% recommend

The facilities, staff and location.

Our stay was perfect. The place itself is magical. Perfect for someone looking for a quiet, clean place in the middle of nature but with some comfort. The staff is really friendly, the food (breakfast & dinner) was super delicious - there are even good veggie & vegan options. If you are careful you can swim in the ocean.

There is nothing, I highly recommend staying there!

If you are looking for a place to relax, you must come to Aite!!! We stayed in the Standard Bungalow on the beach and we loved it, it has all you need, the bed is extremely comfortable and the best part is that you open the door and you are right at the beach, so when is time to sleep all you can hear is the ocean :). Colourful birds everywhere, beautiful landscapes, nature sounds. The restaurant has great views, a wide and varied menu with typical food from the region and more, it also has many options for vegetarians! The food is delicious and I particularly loved the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will make you feel at home. I’ll definitely come back!

No hot water for our entire stay. Staff was reluctant to help and saying new things everyday. Eventually had to walk to the other side of the resort to have a warm shower and then to walk back with a flashlight.

The staff was super nice and helpful all the time, the food was delicious and the beach was amazing!

Apart from the exceptional amenities of the Hotel/Resort the food is particularly delicious. Using local ingredients and recipes they produce exceptional dishes (this said there are also internatinal dishes available). The service staff is also very nice and well trained.

I love that Aite uses Loto del Sur products. Very environmentally friendly. Breakfast was very good. Great if you could include sausages or bacon next time we come : ). Extensive dinner menu which was great. Access to the stretch of beach was was amazing considering after 25mins walk we could access the good restaurants. Staff at pool bar and restaurant and reception were very very caring and lovely.

I tried to order lobster but the dish would take 1hr to prepare which would be fine if i was alone. The walls of the room for the sea view room was very thin. We could hear everything that the next door said.

Very nice stay , a nice walk on the beach away from Palomino but therefore quiet. we stayed in one of the rooms at the main building. very big beach with plenty of spots and lots of space between them

the double rooms at the main building seem to differ between them. we had the first one and didn’t have a nice front balcony , while the others further away did seem to have one but are in the same class. also the price/quality is a bit out we felt.
