Great room service. Clean, beautiful view, maximum service. Fitness.

Restaurants are overpriced for a business trip. When i arrive sunday evening, the restaurant was closed. They suggest me to eat on Sky bar which main dish costs about 80-90 €. Daily breakfast costs more than 25€. The food was good but nothing to worth this.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Asia! the apartments are HUGE and so clean and beautiful. Stunning views as well. And most of all; the front desk staff was absolutely sublime and so incredibly kind. They helped me so well, making appointments, ordering delicious food for me which fitted my dietary restrictions and giving me recommendations. They really went above and beyond. Their English was really good as well! I hope I get to come back one day.

no ac. 28 degrees in thw room. only way to cool was open window - and get all dust in. not good cleaning in the rooms.

We didn't take breakfast since we could just make it with the facilities in the room, and Lotte Mart is just a jump, skip, and a hop away. You can get there via basement as well which is awesome during this winter.

Small things like drawers and trash bins are getting old and not functioning well. Some electronics like the microwave nob to adjust the timer was not properly functioning that we could set the timer accurately. The sink tap was leaky and the shower door seal was leaking water into toilet area so the foot towel always not soaked. Its winter (-10*C or lower outside) and the room heating wasn't strong enough (for us coming from southeast Asia) that we needed a portable heater and extra blankets which they do have and provide upon request. But like I said small things otherwise full score.

The room has complete facilities just like own home. There's even washing machine so i dont have to send my clothes for laundry service. The location is close to restaurants, just opposite central park, near hyundai premium outlet for shopping, and subway station. The hotel is clean, room is clean. Staffs are friendly.

It was like a home away from home. So warm, comfortable and the view was amazing. my family enjoyed their rooms and the beds were so comfortable. we also enjoyed the fitness center.

elevators can sometimes take a while given the amount of people coming and going. beds could also be nicer.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the park, city, ocean. Very attentive and caring staff, excellent cuisine. If necessary, there is an excellent Lotte Mart nearby where a large assortment of products and various goods is located.

It can be problematic to book for the entire desired period of stay, so book early ;)

This was a great location for me. I usually stay at the Sheraton but it was booked. I am glad I stayed here at Oakwood. The concierge was fantastic. I got a fast taxi every morning and help with other requests immediately! They have the fastest elevators I have ever seen. Great stay

They was no hotel store for everyday items you wanted quick.

Location was perfect. High floor had a fantastic view.

One of the rooms was fine. But the other room was a nightmare. Although the family did not grill meat in the room, the smell of meat permeated the room. Our room smelled it from other people staying at the hotel were grilling meat in their room at night. It was annoying and me and my family were very disappointed with the quality of the stay. They said they would record the problems I had under my name. I honestly don't want to visit again. The second trip was a disappointing experience for our family.

Massive room with separate living and bedroom all cooking facilities provided stunning views from our room ..Great experience definitely coming back..
