We reached the hotel at 8.45pm & checked in, when inquired they said the restaurant is closed, so had to sleep empty stomach. They gave us a room on the terrace & it was raining, we had to walk up a flimsy uncovered staircase getting wet Morning around 4 am they switched off our a/c and all power points without any reason. I called them at 6am to get the a/c working. A/c is out dated and not very effective No fans in the room.

Staying at Regal Airport Hotel had been one of the best experience I have every had. The airport is soo close to the hotel, the breakfast are appetizing, the rooms are excellent, and I am soo amazed with the hospitality and room services.
