Closed swimming pool, dirty area around swimming pool, kitchen was not properly equipped.

Nice room, shower was a bit small but fine. Extra blankets in tge closet and good a/c. The staff helped with what I needed.

First room they gave me had ants, and the door to the room was only a glass door (like to a balcony). They transfered me to another building and the room was better. At night there was a lot of noise from outside and from other rooms, and the rain caused a power outage that was only fixed at 3 am and very loudly.

No need visa for reservation. The payment is just paid upon arrival. Hot 🔥 shower water 💦 at any time. Big room, with kitchen, two balconies, 1 big bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 refrigerators (1 small and one big). The location is perfect and ideal. The breakfast is till 11 a.m and this is very convenient. It is included a small swimming pool. The room was clean.

Some spoons, knives and forks are dirty and not well cleaned. It is obvious some remaining food on them!! That's why i rated it with 8/10 and not 9 or 10/10. The room was clean, but it needs more detail cleaning. The staff at the bar/service/kitchen must be more flexible with tourists, to have university degree or a diploma for tourism especially for a 3 🌟🌟🌟 Stars Hotel. A bit noisy during night so get ready to sleep after 2 a.m or 3 a.m

the first day the staff were perfect there was a nice lady who was really nice to us but the second day because we were confused we thought that the price included breakfast but it was not and the lady who was in the breakfast spoke to us really badly because we wanted to eat breakfast and she was really angry with us for some reason . one other thing on booking it said that it had pool view it did not and our door was a glass sliding door the rooms where spacious but the walls had black marks on them one of the beds was broken and our mirror on the bottom was broken also

It wasn’t clean. There were bugs everywhere

the location was good it was walking distance to all the clubs and the restaurants

there was a naked man in the pool and the staff didn't do anything about it until we complained about it. Also we asked them on the second day of our stay to clean our room while we were out and they didn't. The website said that they were gonna be sofa beds and they were not. They weren't any pillowcases without any warning before.
