Very nice rooms with a private balcony overlooking the city. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook (even oil, salt) and a shared bathroom for 2 rooms. Was very clean and calm there. Nicolas helped me a lot with public transport and recommendations. Thank you!

The location is quite central and quiet at the same time. Easy to park near by. Large room and the balcony. And it provides fast 5G internet. The bed in queen room was very comfy. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

The main issue is a cleaning. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, slimy and greasy. To use cups or plates we needed to wash it properly first. The room haven't been cleaned for ages, apart from floor and changing bedsheets. There was thick layer of dust everywhere - on the fan, TV, TV- stand, mirror. The windows were covered with dust also. It really needs a proper cleaning. It is basically a shared apartment, not a guesthouse. There are 3 rooms, kitchen and a bathroom and a shower/toilet. To the queen room belongs a "private" shower/toilet, which is tiny and you have to squeeze in trying do not touch the dirty shower doors. It is literally 1m² shower cabin, with no shelves or shower head holder, so to wash long hair is impossible staying inside the shower. It would have been much more fair to use shared bathroom, which is normal bathroom with a bathtub.

Nicolas was a great host, very professional and responsive. The room was spacious and balcony was cozy with amazing city view. Everything was clean and the location is only 10 min walk to the Central bus station and the beach.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a good wi-fi and air-conditioning, it has a nice balcony with an open view over the city. The shared kitchen is well equipped to cook simple meals. The host Nicolas is very helpful, giving a lot of advice about moving around and places to visit. Quiet neighbourhood with a great bakery nearby! Definitely good value for money!

The location is good but it's 10-15 minutes walk to Marina and the main bus stop Finikoudes.
