This rental in Princeville was amazing! I was there for my 50th birthday with two friends and two cousins. There was more than enough room for five ladies to be extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned as was the whole home. There are so many items in the gear closet that you could not ask for more. Additionally, the view was amazing. I hope to stay at this rental again on my next visit to Kauai. Lastly, communication with the host was excellent!

Plenty of room for 7 adults. Especially bathrooms and privacy.

This condo was a fabulous location to stay on the island. The ocean views out the back decks were amazing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only thing is the mattresses in both king bedrooms are very hard, so if you prefer a softer mattress, this place may not be for you. Overall a great place to stay.

Property was great for us and the 5 kids. Awesome location, appreciated the closet full of boards and chairs. Comfortable beds and very clean. Owner was very responsive and attentive to questions. Would stay there again

The location of this property can't be beat! The trade winds blew right through the condo making it very comfortable. It offered a room for all three of my adult children. We had a fantastic time.

This was the perfect condo for our sibling trip. Great location with unobstructed views of the ocean, bathrooms for everyone, and plenty of amenities. Only issue we had was that the condo was definitely not cleaned properly. All four of us found quite a bit of dirt and objects left behind from previous guests (Childs stickers/toys, bandaid, nut shells etc). We expected it to be spotless for the hefty cleaning fee, but otherwise the condo definitely served our needs.

We had a great stay here. Saw many whales from the condo. Saw a beautiful rainbow the day we were leaving. Everyone in the condo complex was very friendly. It felt very safe. Would highly recommend!

This was a great property to stay at. The place was very comfortable for me, my husband and 2 teenage kids. Lots of accommodations and well equipped kitchen and beach items. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing and exactly as listed. It is very well equip with chairs, boogie boards, coolers and snorkel gear. There were six adults and we had lots of room. Spent most of our time on the deck watching the whales and dolphins. The view is amazing. The property manager Tamara is so responsive and helpful. We loved it here and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The condominium at The Cliffs was great- just as described. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular; perfect for whale and bird watching. Our week there was a sometimes rainy and windy one. The orientation of the the condo and its lanai were ideal- never wet or and always wind sheltered. The kitchen is decently equipped- bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. All furnishings are comfortable and there is plenty of clothing storage available in the dressers. A generous supply of beach towels is provided. Washer an dryer functioned quite well. There is a lot of recreational equipment in the lower storage closet. We just used beach chairs and umbrella, but there is much more there. Our only issue was a smoke alarm that sounded in the middle of the night. Even though hard wired, the backup battery was apparently at the end of its life. We were able to have a new battery installed by the maintenance folks, which took care of the issue. We would recommend the condo and would consider renting it again.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo accommodations pleasantly met all our needs, from beach chairs, cooler for picnicking, and much more. The view overlooking the cliffs provided much entertainment for whale and albatross watching. While the weather wasn't the best, we had "perfect windows" of sunshine throughout the 10 days for 2 hiking days on the Napali coast, and trying various beaches along the northern and eastern shoreline. Thank you for letting us use your wonderful home.

We were 3 couples staying in the condo and had all the amenities needed. It was spacious and had lots of beach gear for all of us which was great! We saw whales from the balcony, amazing! We were able to use the bikes from the resort, use of the pool and BBQ’s were great! The only disappointment was that we paid for a 4bdrm 4bath condo and we’re asked by the owner if we only needed 3 bedrooms and we did but one bedroom had 2 twin beds so we thought the 3 beds we’d get were the 2 queen beds and the Murphy bed. But the area with the Murphy bed was rented to strangers so one couple had to stay in the twin bed room. But the 2 main floor rooms had views of the ocean and a patio which was nice. We would recommend this condo.

Beautiful property. Well maintained. Clean well supplied unit. Has all the beach gear needed for the beach worshippers. Incredible view out over the cliffs. We did not want to leave. It just fit us perfectly. It was me, my wife two adult daughters and their husbands. Planning to come back in two years.

We had 6 adults in this condo and had a fabulous week. The location is right on the ocean in Princeville with a great view. The top (2nd) floor has a fully stocked kitchen, family room and master bedroom. Easily cooked for 6 most nights. Two bedrooms on the lower level. Also has a great selection of beach/water equipment and toys. Thanks, Tamara!!!!

The location is great and the view from this condo is amazing! The owner was very responsive and the rental process was a breeze. However, the condo is dated, especially the bathrooms. It does look like some updates have been done, but they lack some cohesiveness and a complete paint job, i.e. the ceiling and walls in the bath off the living room. The unit could have been cleaner, especially the master where we noticed a lot of dust on the walls behind the bedside lamps and on the popcorn ceiling. The kitchen was small, but functional. The rusted refrigerator is a bit of an eyesore given the other new appliances. A counter depth fridge would help open up the kitchen a bit. The balcony was very nice and the furniture was comfortable. We did have trouble with the door lock, an upgrade to a Kaba lock or similar lock would be an improvement. It seems as though the code is the same for all renters based on how worn out those numbers are on the keypad, but that is just an assumption we are making. As someone who owns a vacation rental property, we feel it is important to be honest with our review, which can help guide the owner on future upgrades to the unit. All in all we had a great time and the unit was adequate but with an amazing view.

The condo was spacious and comfortable with a great view overlooking a bluff, which we enjoyed daily sunsets from. We had one issue upon arrival as we had rented the entire unit (which included a studio w/ a full bath), but it was locked up tight when we checked in. One of the other 2 BR's had twin beds which were not conducive for our adult kids which left them at odds. Thankfully, the condo owner was onsite and realized the error and proceeded to knock on the door and remedy the situation immediately. The studio was unlocked and all was well again!! The condo was fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils galore. The only thing I wished they had supplied was some glass cleaner and a dust pan. We are a bit fanatical about messes so we tend to clean after ourselves daily. Would definitely recommend this unit! Convenient location to groceries, restaurants, etc.!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We watched the whales breech in the ocean every morning as we drank our coffee on the lanai. We had plenty of space. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The beach supplies were super convenient to have. Even the kitchen has beautiful views. The grounds of the complex are also beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Tamara was extremely responsive and helpful! We can't wait to get the chance to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs in Princeville. Our unit was perfect for our family of 4. We all had enough space for privacy. We enjoyed playing games available in our unit. And my husband was happy to pick up where he left off on his favorite Netflix series! The view from the patio is spectacular and yes we saw whales! We so enjoyed how peaceful the location was. Hanalei is close by for Big Save for groceries! Our host was very responsive to our questions as we came in really late upon arrival and we’re unable to check in at the main registration desk until the next day. The checkin instructions and directions to the unit were perfect for late arrival. We were a little worried about not having a parking pass until we could officially checkin but everything worked out perfectly! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had the best time. Condo was exactly what was advertised and everything we needed to relax! Mornings were spent watching the whales from the lanai (binoculars were included) and evenings were bathed in a beautiful glow as the sun set.

Great location for exploring the North Shore. Condo faces the ocean and the view from the Lani was great.

Amazing view with no obstructions! The entire condo is in excellent condition and very clean. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Will for sure be back hopefully sooner than later.

We had another family staying with us and this property gave us the perfect chance to gather together but still have privacy when we wanted it. Great views and great location to the Napali Coast trail. Very clean.

Spontaneous trip to an island and we loveWe said this place was awesome. Tamra really thinks about what her guess will need. From rice cooker to blend or fans to towels. First of all the view from her place is second to none. We were at the beach every single moment. Secondly we had her age range from 80 to 60. And although it may not seem a lot, physically it’s a big difference. The arrangement of the bedrooms and the bathrooms were perfect for everyone. And her kitchen it seems stocked with other peoples leftovers, using them, spices, Butter, whatever was there everything seemed clean and accessible. This place is located perfectly, the bedrooms and the scenery are perfect, you can’t get a better place. And Tamra was always very responsive to any questions.

The condo was lovely, the views were spectacular just like in the pictures.. The property had everything we needed and was close to golfing, shopping and beaches. We loved the pool and watching the Sunrises and Sunsets on the lawn. Mahalo

Tamara was very responsive, condo was just as pictured. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. North Shore Kauai is a wonderful spot to vacation - lots of beaches close by and shopping as well. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this as a great place to stay!
