Good central hotel, helpful staff who provided breakfast to go as we left for the airport early.

The outside is quite shabby but don't let that put you off.

Very friendly staff, superb location, very convenient and close to metro station, where you can take a subway/tube straight from airport. Only 5min away from Vitosha street.

Location, clean rooms, right in the heart of the city. Great value for money. Easy access to public transport.

Location, cleanliness, extremely helpful and friendly staff! Excellent value for the quality. As a solo traveller, I value not only the location but also feeling welcome: the staff couldn't be more friendly and ,offered me excellent advice to my touristic questions 😊, the room was immaculate and silent and I felt safe walking back to the hotel late in the evening. It is very simple to walk everywhere and the metro station is less than 5 minutes away. If I return to beautiful Sofia I will be back.

Great location very near to.Metro station in the City center. Everything in the hotel is good and the receiption is friendly to help me after my checkout. If I come to SOFIA again, I will choose the same hotel.

My friend and I stayed here in three different rooms both before, after and during a group tour of Bulgaria. While the tour company was responsible for choosing this place, after my very positive experiences here, I would absolutely return again. The location was easy to get to from the airport by metro, as well as excellent for exploring Sophia on foot, and I quickly became familiar with the surroundings. All the rooms I experienced were comfortable and the included breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. As so often happens with me, one of the things I appreciated the most was the staff.  They made me feel very much at home with their friendly greetings and warm support.

It wasn’t a problem for me because I came prepared with my earplugs and my mini travel fan, but because of the excellent location in the city, as well as the fact that many hotels in Bulgaria have limited AC, some of my fellow tour members were not thrilled because of warmer room temperatures and noisy streets. The first room we stayed in faced the courtyard which was much quieter.

I stayed at this hotel twice. The location couldn't be more central (literally). Several metro lines at your doorstep and walking distance everywhere in the city centre. You can also walk to the central bus station from there. The reception staff are very nice and friendly. You can leave your baggage after check out for a few hours there for free. Breakfast was also good. The room size is good and very clean.

This hotel was great and really good value for money. The location is great and the breakfast was good too!

The only downside was that there was no milk provided in the room for tea and coffee and there was just one sachet of coffee and one tea bag which was unfortunately herbal.

The location was superb,the room immense,the staff lovely,friendly people,the bed and room facilities exceptional.I was booked for only one night but am a regular traveller to Bulgaria and will visit again and would not hesitate to recommend it to any other travellers!😊
