Fabrizio the owner is a super star, speaks very good English and assisted in transport, restaurant recommendations and many interesting chats re cars. All in all, family, accommodation, breakfast, cleanliness, all excellent. Value for money in a home from home environment. Thank you.

An excellent stay. House owner is very kind and speaks great English. Very calm yet central location. Payment in cash at the end of your stay - no issues, just as agreed upon when booking.

Some furniture is old and simple

The location near the Park couldn't have been better.

The only negative thing was the tv and the impossibility of tuning in to the main channels.

The handpaintings in the room. The warm hospitality.

Very nice host - he drove us to the train station and gave us nice tips for walking. Nice family house, very clean room.

We liked everything - the only shortcoming was that the Booking sent a confirmation for the room with beds without fences, and we get one with fences - we are a tall family so it would be a bit cozier if we get the longer beds, but for one night stay it was OK.

Although not highlighted in the reviews, the breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The balcony was a bonus. Both Fabrizio and his wife were charming and hospitable and we enjoyed interesting discussions with Fabrizio who speaks excellent English. The location was very good, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Montecatini Terme.

I like owner very much. And allsow every thing. It was business trip. So we do not see much. But all advices wich gave to us owner, is un priceless.
