The breakfast is amazing. Not only is everything of top notch quality but there's plenty of it as well. For a family run hotel, it's impressive what they manage to achieve. The staff is extremely friendly and caring, the manager and owner of the hotel who ran the reception made me feel like I was visiting my grandmother. The hotel itself is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by houses. It's 3-5 minutes away from an all-night store where you can get anything you may need. Next to said store is a bus stop that will take you into the old town within 10 minutes, although you can walk the distance in 20 minutes also. The hotel is located 20 minutes on foot from the train station, or there's a bus that takes about 10 minutes. There's a nice outdoors patio/garden area where you can sip a coffee or tea and it plays host to a small artificial pond with fish.

Two out of three nights the hotel was very noisy with very loud music. I know we were there over the holidays, but come on, I booked a hotel to rest and sleep, and I did not book to stay in a club! Also there is no lift, ... and if I place a booking for a double bed, I expect I get a double bed.

The hotel was in a calm area, not too far away from the old city centre, 35 minutes of walk. Staff was really friendly. Room was clean, warm, it even had a balcony. Best part was the breakfast, included in the price, it was delicious with a nice variety. I would come back here on my next stay in the city.

As usual in Romanian hotels the whole bathroom is like a lake and the water is going everywhere but not where it should go. Dangerous as well... Very slippery. The toilet is so closely built to the wall that you must be a yoga expert to use it....
