wc was just okay and the Bath

It was ok fir a quick stay

The fact that i asked for extra pillows and was told did not have any as busy weekend I left early as had to go to work my partner stayed on in the room was not even check out time and someone from reception banged on door asking partner to leave before check out not very appropriate.

We loved the price and location as it was right next to bow church station. Staff was nice and helpful.

The decor needs upgrading. Not being able to access wifi and room safety needs upgrading doors very flimsy.

The staff had very kindly heated the room up by putting the radiator on for when I arrived, however, this made the room very hot and uncomfortable upon arrival.

The facilities were great such as the local shops being so nearby the main area and bow dlr being right next door has helped a lot getting to places made travelling easy. Provided us with a fan in the room which is handy as our room was on the top so on hotter days the room tended to be quit hot and stuffy and leaving the window open doesn’t help as flies would come in. Had en suite and it was clean and provided us with amenities with it too such as soap and especially the hand wash and tissue rolls to last us the days we stayed without asking the staff too much. Kitchen ease of use mostly open 24/7 we could sit down and eat on the dining table and chairs there’s an ironing board so we could iron our clothes tv too and a sofa to hang out. Lovely atmosphere. Room was stuffy and hot everytime we entered but the fan helped alot. Had a closet to store our day clothes with our own hangers. Hooks behind the doors so we could hang towels and our necessities. 2 chairs for us both me and my husband and a table to set our things on and most of all a fridge which we were most happy about!!!!!! Most places don’t provide a fridge so this was definitely a pro on our list as we would buy alot of water and want it chilled specially in a hot environment.

Room was really dusty so if food is left unsupervised dust falls easily from the ceiling and I’d find hairs and dust inside my drinks I left for 5 minutes. Small crawlers in the room but wasn’t a big nuisance. Tv definitely small size of a monitor sometimes didn’t work so we just watched things on our phone mainly Netflix. Wifi was free so definitely a pro.

Room not been clean for long time, dust everywere and TV not working Bathroom very dirty I will not come back to these property

No wifi, no remote for TV, filthy bedside table, filthy bathroom, noise from reception all night long
