Het bed was fijn, de kamer was schoon en de douche was lekker. Het personeel was ook vriendelijk. Beneden is een cafeetje/barretje waar je wat hapjes en wat te drinken kan halen. Het ziet er allemaal verzorgd uit

Het is wel echt een kleine kamer -dat is natuurlijk het principe van dit hotel, maar ik zou het er niet langer dan een paar nachten uithouden. Verder is het gehorig op de kamer. Ook werden wij meerdere keren gestoord door housekeeping ondanks bij de deur aan gegeven te hebben dat niet te willen en ging er een alarm af in de ochtend waar wij wakker van schrokken (dit schijnt vaker te gebeuren). Ze noemen het shoreditch maar het is wel een andere wijk. Het is ongeveer 20 min lopen van Shoreditch

Das gesamte Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab Probleme mit deutschen Kredit- und Bankkarten. Die Verständigung hat super geklappt und alle waren professionell. Anfangs waren wir erschrocken über die Lage, direkt neben der Zuggleise, die Zimmer waren jedoch sehr gut Schall isoliert und es war so leise, dass man die Züge nicht gehört hat. Die Lage ist zentral, die Underground Station Bethenal Green ist nur ca. 70 m entfernt ist.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein (ca. 8m^2 inkl. Bad). Es ist schlicht unmöglich, zwei kleine Reisekoffer sinnvoll unterzubringen. Die Ausstattung ist sparsam (keine Klobürste!), es gibt mehrere Zimmer, in denen es gar kein Fenster gibt. In den Zimmern mit Fenster kann man diese nicht öffnen. Die Schiebetür im Bad nimm dann den letzten Rest der Privatsphäre. TV, Klimaanlage und WLAN sind vorhanden und funktionieren zuverlässig. Das Zimmer war schon sauber, jedoch mehrere Ablageflächen deutlich verstaubt, so dass ich als Hausstaub Allergiker große Probleme hatte. Der Teppichboden in in den Fluren außerhalb der Zimmer hat regelrechte Nies und Juck Attacken bei beiden Reisenden ausgelöst. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Tipp: Kaffeeautomat gibt es an der Bar auf Nachfrage.

La disponibilità dello staff e la vicinanza ai servizi come metro e bus hanno fatto di questo hotel i punti forti del mio soggiorno. Tutto perfetto!

Personalmente non adoro la moquette, ma anche quella tenuta molto bene.

Many staff members were really sweet and a pleasure to talk to. The rooms were super clean (Kamila was the best!) and very comfortable. Immediate check-in possible. The location is perfect, great bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity, and Bethnal Green tube station (Central Line) a minute away.

Some of the staff members however had a very inappropriate tone towards colleagues, which I didn’t appreciate. The breakfast was quite expensive but there was not much on offer. The lifts are incredibly slow and one was constantly out of service.

Problems with fancy do-it-yourself-touchscreen-check-in. Needed two guys from the receptio... sorry, from "mission control" to find our data in the system. No window in the room, so one has to use AC but this is very, very loud and the air outlet points directly to the bed. Just a thin glass door to the bathroom, you hear and smell everything in the tiny room. Everything! Elevator half the time out of service, breakfast is absolutely not worth the money (just one toaster for two slices for 20 tables or so, no rolls, very little to choose from, almost only cheap sweet stuff, no cheese, salami or ham, the bacon as the only meat product is like cardboard, the plates, forks, knifes, bread, milk etc. half the time empty, very watery juice and the worst so called "coffee" in London). Unfortunately we had to book breakfast for the whole stay in advance at arrival to get a 5£ discount. Better have breakfast in a bakery, they offer good deals for less money. Never again yotel.
