Good location, good sized apartment.

The only decent thing about this place was that I knew the location I had booked was handy for what we needed - the pictures are completely misleading, completely different, the bed isn’t even a proper bed like the picture - the front door outside and door to the flat felt like they could have been kicked in so we felt unsafe, wehad to antibac every surface because it felt so gross, hairs in the floor from previous people staying

No soap, No shower gel, 2 toilet rolls for 3 people , All curtains closed when we came? Windows dirty, no lamps just big lights, Interior is beyond shabby - floor bored into kitchen broke & one wall lamp without shade, Keys barely work, two big towels and one small towel for 3 people, one mug and a hobbit sized coffee cup, handle missing on shower, permanently open bathroom window, one pillow for each person in double bed

Good value for money, spacious enough and great location. Check in instructions were clear and accurate.

Great access to Shoreditch and Hoxton. A great neighbourhood. The arrangements were seamless, and the contact from the host was excellent. Excellent value for money.

The location Is about the only thing that is good, maybe the price is ok, but still expensive for what you get

The apartment is run down, the bed is not comfortable woke up with backpain every morning, every cupboard is falling apart, no hand soap, was surprised that there was toilet paper

I would like the stairs cleaned properly too much dust 🤧 it breeches the health and safety

The location

It smelled very bad, the entrance is very dirty and the lights did not work in bathroom. No hair dryer available, asked host for one but they did not respond.

constant smell of mold (please remove the broken ventilator, and just let to open the little window) noise from the bar nearby doors around the flat difficult to keepn open low quality and overused pots unstable shower temperature no hand towel in the kitchen or any soap entrance door do not close properly, we were afraid about our belongings in the apartment

Location to wedding at the museum of the home. Double bed and sofa bed . Kitchen very good. It's a great size but let down by shabby and unkempt feel .

Dirty entrence stair case . lots mail on entering. Very dirty old stained quilts and pillows. They had clean bedding but still unhygienic. Smell in bathroom very bad mould smell . Flooring uneven old and warn . No mirror near plug point or table in bedroom to get ready for wedding 🤔 my family were not impressed with my booking.

Difficult to give a short balanced view. Communication with the owner was excellent. The bed was really comfortable, the facilities were good (pleased to find washing up liquid provided). The location was absolutely perfect for where I needed to be. It was nice to have some space rather than a pokey hotel room that I usually choose to stay in.

From the outside, it looked almost derelict, and the stairs to the top floor were pretty gross. What was most annoying was that 2 of the 3 lights in the living room weren't working, so I had to carry the table into the bedroom to be able to see to work. Subdued lighting watching TV is one thing, but I did need to crack on with work in the evening.

It was clean

The location was quite scruffy and the building was a bit down trodden. It seemed a bit dilapidated. The TV didn't have any signal. There was a damp smell in the apartment.

Location was perfect, price for bedroom/separate living room was fantastic compared to london hotels, self checkin was very easy.

very very basic, lots of little things broken or stained, very small corridors, loud sitting room (quiet bedroom) one pillow etc. I didnt like having to separately send the deposit amount to their account but they did return it in full after.

everything was as described. The rooms were inviting and perfectly adequate. I really enjoyed my time here. Everything I needed was there and clean. In addition, the apartment is very easy to reach and there is a bus stop nearby.

Unfortunately, I couldn't lock the window in the bedroom properly and there was also a broken spot under the stove in the kitchen.

The location

The room was knowingly booked for 4 guests and bedding was provided for only 2. Only 2 Towels were provided. Painters began work in the corridor on the mornings of 4th and 5th September at 08:00 with no warning.

Location was really good and the price was competitive. This apartment would be good for young people wanting to enjoy the nightlife of Shoreditch and not too bothered with home comforts.

The property is poorly maintained; the TV wasn't usable we needed to ask for the repair which was basically the installation of an aerial. The flooring and walls are damaged. During our stay the washing machine stopped working and shower broke. The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly so had to do ourselves. Bulbs and kitchen utensils are missing. The Communal areas/stairs were dirty and badly lit. Pillows for sleeping were the thinnest/cheapest I've ever seen. Upon checkout we cleaned and stripped all the beds. The owner tried to deduct £30 for missing bed linen and we had to explain it was in the pile of washing we had left out.
