The room I got was larger than typical hotel rooms I come across. Was not able to use the facilities

Location was a bit away from other places in Clark. Only an issue if you plan to walk around.

Huge pool, above and beyond costumer service, nice rooms

I am having second thought at first to book in this hotel because of some bad reviews. Whether it's old, noisy, etc. I booked this because it's cheaper than other hotels in the area and it is just beside Marriot where we had our event. Yes, the hotel is kinda old but they are renovating the tower 1 and some areas. So hopefully, it will get a fresh look very soon. Despite of this, I didn't not expect that we will enjoy our stay. We like the room. There is a balcony with a great view of the garden. The room is clean and comfortable to stay and to work. Staffs from the receptionist to the bell boys and to the restaurant staffs were very kind and friendly. The food is great too! Good thing it's buffet and there's a lot of choices.

I just notice some left over food scattered on the grass going to the restaurant which invites the flies and may get inside the restaurant.

The location is great because it's connected to two other premium hotels. The hotel is near tourist attractions and great restaurants and cafes. The rooms were comfortable.

The hotel shows its age. The overall aesthetic is deteriorating. The rooms were comfortable but as I've read in the reviews, the showers flood the bathroom so maybe the drainage isn't very good anymore.

The room was a bit old and had some areas that need fixing, but all in all a nice room for the price. We didn't get one with a minibar, but that's probably a good thing. Ha ha Breakfast was great and the staff were awesome, no matter where you were in the hotel. Pool area was nice, but didn't get a chance to jump in, was too busy losing money at the casino. Ha ha Only bad part of our trip. Will be back.

Losing might be easier to bear if there were cocktail waitresses serving drinks. A bigger variety of slots and tables. Although they supply 2 bottles of water in your room, would be nice to have a little shop downstairs where you can buy more and some snacks. We didn't get a minibar, so if every room had one I guess that would eliminate needing a store.

The staff was really good. They went out of their way to assist us. Everyone from the servers in the restaurant, housekeeping, bellboys and the staff at port cochere was very good Room was nice but cleanliness could have been better but housekeeping did their best to assist. Junior Suite for 3 people was great for us. Will look at staying at the same roomtype og higher on our next stay Breakfast was very good. Alot of selection so absolute a good start of the day. Pool was a great plus and a wonderful way to close the day. Location was also amazing. In the same area of Marriott and Swissotel helped alot with dinner plans. Swisstropic at Swissotel is a place that we ate at regularly and location, staff and food were excellent

Cleanliness could have been better but I dont think its the staff fault. They need time to clean the room. Also the shower is a bit strange. Everytime we showered the floor got completely wet. Maybe something to look at? For longstaying guests perhaps a welcome card, fruit or something else on arrival or departure to show we appreciate the business would have been lovely

I booked a 2 bedroom suit for 4 adult guests with breakfast included, 2 breakfast lang pala included. 🫠 Also called a room service about the shower and no one came + the doorbell isn’t working.

There are a lot of restaurants that's near the area. We also like that the hotel is secured. The room is alright, bed and pillows are soft.

The check in process can be improved. We arrived a little over 2PM which is the check in time, but we were able to go to our room around 3PM.

Staff is very accommodating. Place is accessible if you're planning on going to Aqua Planet and Clark Safari. Food is great.
