Everything, the food, the room, the beach and the staff, specially Yuli, she is amazing!!!

That they gave me the wrong room, but, still, they did everything they could to make it better

The hotel was really nice, quiet and in front of the beach. It was gateway to get away from the city and be disconnected for some time. The beach was beautiful and the food delicious.

The place was really nice and quiet. However, there were two issues we didn't like. First, the prices of yhe meals were very expensive. It was actually cheaper to go to the town of Palomino and buy food and groceries that we needed. Second, the moment we did the check-in we had to wait after 3pm until another couple left the place. so I suggest the admin people to first consider the prices you charge for lunches and dinners and second be more attentive to the check-in procedures.

Private beach. Food was amazing! Calm and private area. Beautiful location, buildings and decorations. Fans in the rooms. Worth its price!

Hard to get hold of the reception at night, always had to wait a long time before being let in. We discovered that the bar was only half-open, almost impossible to get hold of anyone there and they had a very limited selection. They also charged me twice
