The property has a very relaxed vibe and the rooms are very spacious. The hot shower was nice. Good wifi in the common area. Close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle service.

The rooms are very large and comfortable. The environment cultivated is very peaceful an beautiful. The breakfast was tasty.

Although the breakfast was tasty, it was very basic with no alternatives as fare as I know (but I didn't ask further). The breakfast was eggs and French toast with fruit and juice. There was also bread you could toast and instant coffee. Location ins not good, It is 100 peso trishaw ride to the board walk or a 20 min walk to near by restaurants. This was my first time in Puerto Preincessa and it seemed there were still a lot of things closed down due to the pandemic. Not near any beaches worth going to.

Staff picked us up from the airport for a modest cost, we arrived late they still organised us a pizza for dinner. Friendly service by all the staff helping us with any requests. The setting is tranquil and relaxing, loved the pool. Breakfast is simple but ample. Definitely would book again. Salamat po guys good job

close to the airport, staff are accommodating to your needs plus they offer airport transfer for 350 pesos (so much better than going for taxi/tricycle which are both overpriced. Nice place for staycation too, they have pool table, jenga, sungka..

Pool can be cleaner, weak wifi within the room. They only offer continental breakfast. Need additional payment if you prefer filipino food served.

Good ambiance, wide rooms

big, clean, comfortable rooms, aircon in the middle of the room so it perfectly cools, cute cats roaming the premises, billiard table and jenga in the common area, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, fairly close to the center

breakfast featured small portions (only one egg, some toast and a piece of fruit) and the breakfast area did not seem clean, shower head needs maintenance

We came here late and had a flight the next day. They offered cheap transport to the airport and the room was clean. The hot shower have not worked in the beginning, but they fixed it.

The reception area had games

- Staff seemed clueless - Tried to charge for multiple things that were wrong - Communication was very difficult - Breakfast was terrible - Aircon broken, stuck on coldest setting - LOADS of bugs - location felt unsafe
