Absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast with wonderful staff located right by lots of great restaurants and shops. Also great location for many tours. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Monteverde

amazing sunset view and quite nice rooms, although we specifically asked to be at the highest level, but were not put there. very good chef for dinner! everything was very tasty! great location as it’s above the city centre which is terribly dirty and noisy, so being outside with fresh air was perfect.

staff constantly forgot to bring us towels and didn’t really clean the room properly. lack of shower gel.. very poor breakfast. which was a surprise after an excellent dinner! quite noisy given just next to the road.

The hotel is located just steps from the Santa Elena center. The rooms are huge! Very clean and decorated, the beds are large and comfortable. The breafast is fresh and delicious and the dining room staff gives good service. The reception staff gives exceptional service, every request / question was answered kindly. They work up to until 10 pm and have excellent English. There is free parking area. Overall great vaule for you money ! 

The room has no air conditioning or heating. And the faucet in the shower is challenging, especially when you want to shower with boiling water.

The location was great, being close to the main area of Monteverde. Service at reception and at the restaurant was exceptional! The Wi-Fi connection in and outside our room was strong. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge and smart TV.

The mattress wasn't comfortable, it was too soft for my liking. There was no AC, which would have been good to minimize the humidity in the room.

views from our rooms were outstanding! breakfast included was delicious and location close to town.

Front desk was not helpful, booked us a not-great evening tour (not recommended) and refused to honour our price at exit, saying they could not reach managers (after almost an hour on the phone)

Breakfast - Monotonous and lacked variety and taste! Cleaning of room was sporadic and not done well…. No interest by staff! Wifi in snd out!

The tree top view was beautiful and the room was luxurious. Benjamin was helpful in our arrangements.

Night walk is a scam. First we walked on parking lot and than little bit around the hotel. For sure not worth the money we paid for. If you want to go on night walk I suggest to book online. Towels were not changed.

The room is big and comfortable, you have to walk up a step slop to reach it ( not accessibale for disabled people),

The staff in the dinning room was not pleasant, the breakfast is very simple ( scramble eggs and toast , a few pieces of fruit and coffie). Are toilet was plugged and they didn't come to fix and we were stock without a toilet .
