Noisy aircondition in the bedroom,probably maintenance issue

Perfect location. Everything is close in Protaras even on foot. The house and the backyard both have a magnificent view to the sea and to a tomato field. Very authentic, we loved the vibe of the place. Maria fulfilled every wish we had. I'd definietly recommend this villa!

The shower cabin was leaking a tiny bit but not a big deal. You have to open up some windows in the house because the air can get pretty moist (lack of ventilation).

Lovely villa in a great location beautifully decorated with good facilities, very comfortable and clean, close to beaches, bars and restaurants would highly recommend.

Nothing, was as expected

Spacious, with comfortable bed. Adequate sleeping and kitchen equipment ideal for a family. Great location and walking distance to the beach and shops.

The rental was not adequately aired and damp smell persisted throughout our stay. Keeping the windows and doors open helped but was then attacked by mosquitoes. Some simple maintenance suggestions I think that may help for a comfortable stay: Screens on the windows and doors will be helpful. The shower head where the bath is needs to be replaced. Attention to the pipes under the kitchen sink will also help to address a smell when you open the doors. Attend to the doors closing - both bathrooms doors does not stay closed. Add soft close buttons to cupboard doors to avoid banging.

5 minutes walk to beach, comfortable and spacious well equipped villa! Super easy communication with host - couldn't ask for more!

The house is very spacious and nice with two big terrases and garden outside. The location is great: 5 min by foot from the beach and main street.

Rent a villa number 6. Location – it’s very near beach protaras like 5-7 min walk so it’s possible not use a car, place quite but depends on neighbors on villas near, bec. soundproof not good and sometimes i hear small children screaming from other villa while all my doors and windows were closed, provided 2 pans (but without leads which make uncomfortable cooking) all kitchen staff, aircon in all rooms, seaview yes but it’s like stroke of sea, plastic containers for food, plates, dishwasher (old not good for cleaning but it's ok for vacation), internet was good for Cyprus 44down\4up megabit\s, tv only local channels like 10-12 (so never watched tv) . So location villa and quite was good but was a lot of other minuses that I did’t expected and I think score of villas is overrated because Manager ask’s put high score to object even with issues. Great manager Maria – who provide to us second key as we requested, 6 pieces toilet pepper, fast reaction on mostly all requests not in "siga, siga" manner really important, but this score not about perfect Maria manager or her negotiations skills but about house

Something goes wrong from the beginning. First of all it’s not look like in the pictures and villa furniture old, I thing because iphone makes too much beauty effect and it’s not real. Doors inside house was old, without key between living rooms, but with transparent hole for key, windows don’t have shadow blackout sun film. Of course between rooms not sound isolation and in good case at least you can hear how yours children screaming in vacation in other room ) Most annoying it’s air-cons problem. First time in my life I saw this on villa. All 3 aircon’s have a time limit for working – maximum you can put 2 hours working then aircon just stop working, and you can’t control it from remote, because it’s just timer with button on the wall. Yes you can press button again and aircon on again but imagine, for example, you are sleeping then aircon stop working, then you will wakeup because it’s hot and tourn it on again. Would you like to do this every night few times when in vacation? I don’t Second is beds. They are terrible, actually mattresses terrible very cheap hard and uncomfortable. Do you want have good sleeping on soft bed? It’s impossible in this villa. Suggest to change mattresses and put big bed in second room. Third when we arrived sad to say was cockroach in house in bathroom,shower, room, ants in kettle. Thank’s Maria she called services and after one poisoning gas already no more cockroach or ant’s (honestly saw some ant’s in first floor toilet but can’t complain about it). Also Maria clean kettle from salt and ant’s inside so we can use kettle. But where was cleaning services before our arrival? It’s big question. Forth – some people write there was fruits, juice in fridge. In our case no fruits, no juice in refrigerator only water and wine that sad to say we don’t like (bitter). So can I recommend this place for staying? In some cases maybe but there is bunch new villas around that completely new and better, so I don’t have plans to stay there anymore

The Vila’s seem renovated and all appliances and furniture are very high standard. Rooms where very comfortable. Bathroom’s where fully equipped ,Hot water, great water pressure, master bedroom had its own en-suite with rainforest shower absolutely great! In general I can recommend this place with out a doubt or worry. The owners where also on standby for anything we needed, which was really nice of them. Thank you

The house is placed at an exceptional location which is very close to the most famous beaches of Protaras. The house was very clean and we lived very comfortable with 2 teenageers for a week. The area is quiet so you can sleep very well during the night. There is also a nice barbecue area where you can enjoy grilled food. Highly recommended!!
