The hotel was very old fashioned, the value for money was not really worth it.

It's avery fortunate to give not so enthusiastic feedback about the hospitality and poor service provided by the hotel, despite being rated as a four star hotel. Poor customer service, poor hospitality. Terrible experience. During my stay all of the amenities were closed, I wasn’t even able to have dinner upon arrival at the hotel restaurant, the next day the restaurant was completely closed, even room service was not available. For the price of the room and the location I expected a way more and at least better customer service. The front desk lady was completely unprofessional and didn’t even try to offer any alternatives to try to accommodate guests needs, since everything was closed and nothing was open/available for two days. I will not recommended your hotel to my friends and family. At the same time, I would suggest to provide adequate training to the staff as your business entirely depend on providing good service to the customers.

Stayed here on NYE with my daughter. Fabulous hotel, superb room with balcony and amazing staff. The gentleman who showed us to our parking space was especially helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel!

Located in the leafy area favoured by the former communist aristocracy, the hotel is fairly well located. There are many pleasant restaurants and cafés nearby and there is a nice garden just in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very tired - the wall paper is stained the curtains are missing stoppers and are falling down, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked. I had a double bed but a single duvet and no bed cover - bizarre! The breakfast is very, very basic, served in two plates one with cold cuts, a boiled egg, tomatoes and cucumbers and one with fruit. Ask either for a high floor room - 5th or 6th, or for a room facing the garden or you run the risk of looking into the windows of the people living in the (very closely) adjacent buildings.

TV was a little dated and I couldn't get my Firestick to work.. this was my second stay and to be fair the TV was fine in first room.. only a small gripe.

Great location, very kindly staff, very clean rooms

they never have time for a massage, very poor breakfast. My stay at this hotel was paid for by the organization I came through. And when I wanted to leave, they charged me for my stay again. After a reaction from the members of the organization, the money was returned to me.

We arrived late afternoon and were in hurry to shower, change and go out for dinner. So, we headed straight to bathroom to find out that there is only 1 towel (for a double room) and it was USED!!! Then also noticed that the bed was made for 1x person and the sheets are (most probably) also not changed. Called the reception and they sent the cleaning lady who told us that her colleague probably missed this room somehow. She offered us to get out of the room and wait for her to fix it. Not the way that a 4-star hotel (or any hotel) should handle this kind of situation. We asked for clean towels (as we did not have time to argue about hotel's service) and told her that she can do this when we get out for dinner. So, after 1 hour we went out and told the receptionist that they can make up the room while we are out. We came back after midnight to find the room in the exact same condition - nothing was touched.

The price was too high, for the product provided. For example: the hotel should provide attention to the small things such as providing bottled water in the rooms - every day. We called for botted water and it took 4 hours to get a luke-warm bottle of water. The hotel management should be more conscious about providing the small things that make a stay more comfortable. The bathtub did not the drain the water well, thus each shower was a slipping hazard,... More attention needs to be made to the room operation. The in room refrigerator did not keep items cool or cold. The items for sale in the fridge were near or passed expiration dates., Again, for the price of the rooms at this hotel, the customer should expect at least basic amenities included in the price. Often the room was stuffy, primarily because the bathroom ventilation was not working, nor was the Heating or AC working well. No access to business center for computer work or printing, Network (WIFI) was not reliable.
