Hätte man ein Zimmer auf der richtigen Seite soll der Ausblick wohl ganz schön sein. Aber es wird verschwiegen, dass es auch Zimmer auf der Seite des Parkplatzes gibt. Das erfährt man aber bei Reservierung über booking.com nicht. Die Innen-Ausstattung entschädigt den Ausblick nicht und der Sonderpreis, der von booking.com angeboten wird, stimmt nicht und wird beim Checkout revidiert.

Dieser Art Hotel gleicht heute eines dem anderen eher einem modernen Motel: Die historische traditionelle Bedeutung nur noch in Text, Neubaudesign, Zimmer pseudomodern man kann nachts nicht ins Bad gehen ohne den ganzen Raum zu erleuchten, Personal freundlich aber unwissend, mit Spa-Bereich ist eine kleine Sauna gemeint, die Zimmer 0815, reservierte Restaurantplätze werden fehlgeleitet und beim Checkout unbegründet 50 Euro aufgeschlagen sonst kommt man nicht weg. Küche gut aber nicht so herausragend wie selbst angelobt. Der Mensch hat halt verlernt was Hotels sich früher einmal wert und durchdacht waren.

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage direkt an der Elbe ist traumhaft ;)

We loved our 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and looked over the marina and river. It was clean and modern and had a great shower. The lobby was beautiful and the outside terrace was such a nice place to sit in the evening. We stored our bikes in the garage. The staff were very pleasant. We stayed mid week and found the price quite reasonable compared to if we had stayed over a weekend. We loved the location far from the bustle of the big city. We took the bus into Hamburg to do some site seeing.

The restaurant prices were way too much. 33 Euros for a hamburger is ridiculous as is 21 Euros for a breakfast. We went to the nearby bakery and had a delicious breakfast.

The setting was lovely and serene, alongside the river. Our room was clean, comfortable, and there was a snack bar for convenience.

The breakfast was not worthwhile for us as we're not big eaters.

Gorgeous property in a beautiful location. My husband and I spent the weekend with our little one and we all had a lovely time. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are all very clean and well maintained.

Second stay here, excellent staff, nice breakfast, good spa. I chose a River view this time and it was super. Worth paying that little bit extra.

I wish the cleaning of the rooms would happen at a convenient time like mornings, I found it too late in the day, in the afternoon when I wanted to nap for example. Perhaps there aren’t enough cleaners. Unfortunately my room was not cleaned and I was there for 3 nights. Pillows very uncomfortable, next time I’ll bring my own.

it’s remote. if you arrive later than 20:30. there’s nothing to eat! you’ll need to drive in Hamburg center. like 20min. or you get poor sandwiches at the bar. after a long trip I was looking forward to a good dinner at the hotel restaurant. it was really frustrating.

very nicely laid out in all areas. The food in the restaurant was fantastic.

beautifully designed hotel, great rooms, awesome restaurant and bar. the view from the room and the quietness at night was great.. we felt as if we were on vacation at the North Sea. The staff at the lobby and restaurant was great. You enter the hotel and you start to relax 😊

the breakfast was just ok, the staff there could be more friendly, the spa is nice but with kids not usable as no pool or jacuzzi. the prices for drinks was very high - we live in Zurich and felt at home 😅

In an absolutely breathtaking setting this hotel is clean and modern and yet maintains a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The staff are fantastic and very polite yet friendly.

Beautiful place, beautiful and comfortable room, a quality breakfast and nice staff. And a view like nothing I have ever seen. We will be back!
