staaf in pool area were lazy and had no sense of service they missed cleaning our room one day despite that we put the ”com and clean” sign at 10 in the morning…and several phonecalls. Food in pool area has low standard. laundry service ir ridicolus expensive…

as this was an old factory some rooms are not ergonomic at all like 615 w park view The skybar side is much better with a small difference the tango show dinner was bad , no air and i regret show is good

The decor of the hotel was beautiful, and the location was convenient.

There were not a lot of options for breakfast. They were offering buffet breakfast, but I wanted to eat and my friend didn't. We wanted to sit together, but we couldn't at the main dining room since she would've been charged. So we went to the lobby lounge instead, which did not offer a breakfast menu. I ended up eating pate and a cheese/meat platter for breakfast. I asked the waiter if I can have simple eggs and toast and he informed me that was not allowed. I found that really odd for a luxury hotel. Then as my friend was about to check out, we noticed that the other table the waitress was cleaning up had a plate and bowl of scrambled eggs on the table. I mentioned it to the staff and they said that the guests brought the eggs over from the restaurant. If they gave me that option I would've taken it. I guess I wasn't VIP status enough for them to allow me to have a decent breakfast at the pool lounge so I can sit with my friend, even though we paid a lot of money just to stay there for a few hours. And the spa was fully booked so I had nothing to do while waiting for my flight. The food was not really good at the lobby lounge and I had to eat there the second time while waiting for my evening flight. Will not stay here again. Not worth it for the price.

Very dark inside, low ceilings, ‘bunker’ feel. Opulent it is certainly. 6th floor rooms less than pratical floorplan.

hotel is conveniently located, the staff was very attentive and most spoke good English, it can be hard to get around for foreigners without the language. posh and clean.

The hotel was amazing and the room was really nice and they even upgraded me when I asked them for a nice view. Gisela Almeida was my experience manager and she was very attentive to us! Breakfast was amazing too!

The Pool is so nice but you have to get there early to get a good seat! I liked everything!!

SPACIOUS ROOMS and BATHROOMS

rooms are just about comfortable. bathrooms need one more inch in every corner to be comfortable. maintenance is suffering.

rooms got a little old. food at pool like 80s. all carbs and meet. even ceviche was 80% potato.
