This was our 8th visit to this apartment and we have already booked up twice for 2025. So I think that that says a lot. The apartment is in a quiet residential area with a dedicated and numbered parking space. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and there is a very good walk in shower with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely outside terrace which is walled and very safe. The local amenities are close by, with a good supermarket 2 minutes away. Nearest bars and restaurants are about a 3 minute walk. The Plaza Pueblo Marinero with all its bars and restaurants can be reached in a comfortable 8 minute walk. Overall the apartment is very well located and I highly recommend it.

There is nothing not to like. Having stayed there now eight times the apartment is perfect for us.

El alojamiento es perfecto. Muy buena ubicación tanto de la isla como en el pueblo de Costa Teguise. Se encuentra a menos de 10min andando la playa, cerca de bares, restaurantes y supermercados. Las instrucciones para acceder fueron muy sencillas. Tiene parking privado en la misma puerta. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana en familia. Volvería sin duda

The property is in a quiet residential location. It is 3 minutes from the nearest supermarket and the nearest bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. The property has one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a walk in shower and plenty of hot water. The walled garden is very safe and has four sun loungers and a table and chairs. There is a large TV with English TV Channels. If you need to watch TV. We have stayed here several times and have already booked for November and June 2024.

Honestly there is nothing to dislike.

The Apartment location was central for all the amenities restaurants bars beach buses taxis and supermarkets

Nothing everything was just as advertised

Location was brilliant, a short walk away from bars and restaurants and the main square.

Slight ant problem in the garden but cannot really be helped and would not put us off staying again

This property is in a great location in a residential cul de sac. If you are hiring a car there is plenty of parking space with a remote control operated gate. The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk. With bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The property has everything you could need, including a tv with all the normal uk channels available. It is also very quite. Highly recommended. We have already booked for next year.

There is nothing that we didn’t like.
