clean and friendly

Room was fine and facilities in the room were ok, shower was very good.

No food was available which meant a trip into town to find meals and as the weather was not too good meant we got a little damp!! The price was quite high considering what was on offer but there was little choice of accommodation as it was a bank holiday and horse racing was on as well!! We had only come for a funeral!

my friend and I came to attend the horse race meeting at Perth. The accommodation was very nice.

The accommodation was a bit far out of the town centre for two old infirm fogies to get about

Owner was very nice, with nice touches of chocky biscuits. Parking was good. It was an easy 15 min walk into the centre of Perth. We had a twin room to the rear of the building and it was nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable enough.

Teddy fleece bedding, really not my cup of tea. I found it a little too irritating on my skin.

Owner was lovely, very friendly and helpful I ended up with blisters on my little toes and my partner ask if she had any plasters for them nothing was a issue to ask. Room was big and the bed was so comfy, the there was plenty tea, coffee and sugar and a big carton of uht milk. Bathroom was amazing lovely big corner bath and separate corner shower. Plenty of storage if you are staying longer that a couple of nights, as well as power outlets. Got front door key with our room key so we could come and go as we pleased. Location was great lovely view of the park and quiet street.

Not that it was a huge issue but was a little disappointed the jacuzzi jets didn't work in the bath or that could of been human error on my part.

Great location looking over South Inch. Close to the town centre and the railway station. Room was spacious and clean and free parking was available. Box of biscuits was a really nice touch with the tea and coffee facilities.

The TV did not work but was being replaced, just one of those things and no fault of the host.

The floor needed a good clean. It was very noisy as above the owners living room and you could hear their TV from first thing in the morning, their talking and even their washing up.

Plenty of things I didn’t like, from the dog barking every night. The music, and the loud noises early in the morning. Its certainly is not a restful place to stay in. But the main dislike was, that it wasn’t clean.
