no A/C nor fans in any room; parking was far and required mobile call. The breakfast was poor in quality, variety and not replenished well. The coffee was terrible, the worst I have ever had. The staff was uninformed and didnot all speak English. I requested to speak with a manager regarding a price adjustment, seeing a member of my party could not make the trip. I was told that the price was per room not occupant, which is a lie according to the booking.com website. I was very disappointed.

The location was very good…nearby there is good bars and restaurants and the beach and bus station. Bed was so comfortable and breakfast was good. Really friendly personal. I will come back!

It was very helpful that the front staff all spoke English. The location is great, close to the beach and local restaurants.

The bathrooms were tiny and hard to move around, the toilet was almost under the sink. This may be because I am not from the area, but having a fans available would have been appreciated. A better system for parking would also be a good addition

Very friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, free parking next to the hotel, a nice terrace and late check-in possible. The pac man arcade in the hotel was a fun add to the place.

Modern door lock system that wasn't working at the beginning, the main light in the room was dark, one of side lamps had broken bulb and room could be cleaner as well

Very kind staff, nice hall, and dining area, and the bread for the breakfast was fabulous, nice modern bathroom.

Great location to the beach, with a bus stop outside for links to Sintra. Note that the tram is NOT working (May 2023) and not sure if/when it will be. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It's very clean and recently decorated and has a quirky sea and surf theme. The staff are lovely; all really friendly and helpful and breakfast is fresh and has a good variety for all tastes.

I don't want to be negative as it's a lovely hotel and what you get is reflected in the price. There is no AC and this may be more essential in warmer months, but for us this was not problematic.

Fairly loud due to street traffic. Room smelled of mold, therefore we had the window opened. Hence it was even louder…
