O andar da piscina estava um pouco degradado!

Buona posizione, a circa 700 m dalla fermata della metro. Colazione ricca e di discreta qualità(ottimo il crudo e i formaggi, grande varietà di frutta), disponibili su richiesta anche prodotti senza glutine. La camera ampia, bagno davvero grande anche se non nuovissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottimo il servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli di cui abbiamo usufruito il giorno della partenza.

Relativamente alla stanza, nota negativa la moquette e i vetri delle finestre davvero sporchi. Non so se al piano di sopra o in qualche locale attiguo, ma c'erano dei lavori in corso con trapani in funzione: noi siamo stati in hotel solo la sera altrimenti la cosa sarebbe stata davvero insopportabile(il giorno dell'arrivo se avessimo voluto riposare un po' dopo il viaggio, essendo le quattro e mezza del pomeriggio, sarebbe stato impossibile farlo con quel rumore assordante). Il ristorante sinceramente non ha soddisfatto le aspettative, la pizza dei bambini era surgelata, alcuni camerieri ci parlavano esclusivamente in portoghese(non conoscevano neanche l'inglese), un po' di disorganizzazione(abbiamo ordinato delle cose, dopo un po' dicono non esserci, idem per i dolci inclusi nel menu dei bimbi, prima ci danno una scelta poi non c'è quanto chiesto poi invece c'è...insomma, decisamente un no, infatti siamo andati una sola sera).

The hotel stay was pleasant apart from the refurbishment noise, which was quite disruptive. When the booking was made via Booking.com, there was no information provided about the ongoing refurbishment, which was very disappointing. Just imagine arriving at the hotel, checking in, going to your room, and then hearing very loud noise from various directions. We were exhausted after a very early flight and couldn't relax at all. However, the reception team was very understanding and keen to upgrade us to a better, newly renovated room, but it was still noisy. We ended up planning our day to avoid the noise from 10 AM to 6 PM by spending time sightseeing outside. The breakfast was very good, with many options and a great selection for children. The service overall was good, and the location was decent, being a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which took us to downtown in less than 10 minutes.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was terrible. They will drilling whole building during your stay; from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm This hotel is not ready to be opened. They are still in construction and black out is not a special event in here. Staff will not be kind to you. I stayed more than 10 hotels in Lisbon and it was the worst.
