location was good, cleanliness, communication excellent, laundry service excellent, easy come and go.

Beds a bit hard! pity had to use sofa bed for two people.

Very well appointed close to the metro station. Beautiful clean airy apartment. We were upgraded to duplex so had terrace and lots of space.

Excellent location very close to metro station and spotlessly clean apartment - worked very well for a family of four. Two bathrooms was a bonus Loved opening the windows to hear trams and music outside Had a problem with safe and sorted very quickly Very responsive to all questions and met at apartment on arrival.

Kitchen area is very small if you wanted to do a lot of meals but was fine for preparing small amounts of food

excellent location, but a bit weird above a McDonalds, where lots of youngsters meet late on Saturday night. I must say that the apartment was so well insulated, so we didn’t hear any noise and no smell at all. It actually was quite entertaining.

The sofa bed wasn’t so nice to sit on. It had gone through a lot. We were told that they were going to change all the sofas to new ones

Awesome location! very lively atmosphere which we loved and enjoyed thoroughly. Host Bernardo was amazing. airline lost our luggage and Bernardo actually took time to wait for us and walked with us to where we could buy essentials. special thanks to him!

It could have a dedicated workspace in the rooms for those in the need of working, we used the terrace tables but was an adaption Internet was a bit unstable, was not all the apartment that had it super fast Single beds were a bit small, if you are tall, it might be a bit weird in the first night

Host explained everything in detail. Really like the keyless entry into the building and apartment.

There was no corkscrew so Bernardo said he would get one and return..Never saw him or the corkscrew.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating getting us checked in, even gave recommendations for place to go. Great location, spacious, safe, and clean.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Supplied with everything needed. Surprisingly quiet considering its bustling location. The soundproofing is fantastic

The map from booking.com for the location is incorrect. Use google maps instead. Also the phone number we were supplied was also incorrect. Got it sorted out via email. For those going there. Its the green door between McDonalds and the barber shop beside the steps down into the metro station

The staff was great. The apartment was super clean. The location was perfect. We could walk to all the restaurants and everything was super safe.

I think the sofa bed could be more comfortable. My kids slept on the sofa bed and it could be better, but this is only a detail, because overall the quality of the apartment was lovely.

Amazing central location, right next to the Metro , restaurants and walkable to many tourist sights . We were able to leave luggage before and after check in. The bathroom was great with a huge rain shower and heated marble floor. Good coffee machine, complementary fruit and water, range of cleaning products and handy key code for the door. Also the team arranged a taxi from and to the airport. Good sized apartment for 2 of us and lovely to hear the activities in Chiado Square, or block them out completely thanks to good double glazing.

The bed was a bit hard and it would have been nice to have been able to turn the shower water temperature up a bit

Position - in middle of Chiado. Cleaning and facilities. Possibility to leave luggages safe before check-in and after check-out. Quickly response of staff for our requests.

Hot water was not enough hot and in bathroom floor heating not working. So was a little unpleasant to make shower.

Location was perfect, very easy to access everything, literally right next to Chiado Baixa metro station. Great for people watching out of the window - always lots going on but the apartment was well soundproofed. Kitchen area was useful and pretty well equipped. Bathrooms beautifully done. Beds comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaners come in and change bedding and towels and clean some more every two days. Lucas and Ben were super helpful and as the apartment wasn’t booked after our stay let us have a late checkout at no extra cost, but worth knowing they do store luggage if needed. Also very sweet gesture in leaving chocolates for us on Valentine’s Day :)

This apartment was exactly as advertised - incredible location, spacious and modern. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our host Ben. So friendly and helpful, thoughtful and kind. We would stay again just to chat with him more!
