Everything about this break was brilliant. Dont think I could have picked a better place to stay for our family. Had 4 separate rooms as we were there for a family wedding. The rooms are so clean, and the beds super comfy!. Nothing was too much trouble for Margaret(owner). We all had a fabulous stay and already planning visit next year to meet up with our brother /family who live there. Just a few minutes walk to the front and a good selection of bars/restaurants.

I've been contracting in Great Yarmouth on and off for the last five years and Annabelle Rooms has become my preferred accommodation. Great value for money, spotlessly clean and some homily touches you don't get at other establishments.

Margaret is such a friendly lady. Nothing is a problem for her. She even carried out cases to our room. Plenty electric sockets and usb charging slots.

The hotel is in a great location and was really clean. The host Margaret was really welcoming and the stay was very good value for money. Looking forward to returning.

Close to the beach and Plier . It was perfect no issues at all, lots of ree parking around . Best time ever and the rooms were up there as well.

The property was so easy to find with us able to park right next to the hotel. The lady who runs it is so lovely and welcoming and as we were the only ones there for a night, she gave us an upgrade! The mini fridge was also a great touch, especially in the hot weather.

We liked everything about it

Great Yarmouth is lovely with plenty of authentic 1920s features still present. Annabelle Rooms is a beautiful, traditional but well maintained building. We particularly enjoyed the authentic vintage furniture and spacious room.

Margaret is such a great person. The place is quite and extremely comfortable. There no chance of finding nothing any good at this price. 100% recommendable.

We had a lovely stay, it looks just like the photo, the bed was super comfy and Margaret was lovely! We had planned what we were doing based on searching what to do in the local area but Margaret suggested we go see the seals (this didn’t show up when we researched) and we had a wonderful time and it was very unexpected!

No hot water coming from the tap, we did run it for 10 minutes with no joy

The host, Margaret was warm and welcoming. She also accommodated our early check-in and provided great service. This place is just a minute walk from the beach and about 5-10 mins from the pier and city centre, hence ideal. When we leave the room for our trip the whole day and come back to a clean and pleasant smelling room it’s so relaxing. Overall, had a very good time spent at Annabelle Rooms and I look forward to visit again :)

Only a short walk into town, parking was no problem. Margaret was absolutely lovely and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Absolutely perfect!
