I’m here already second time and I’m even like more than before absolutely beautiful beach with beautiful place to live

The condo was just the right size for the 2 of us. The beach is very large at this location- it is a .4 miles to the water. Needless to say I got my steps in. Lol We could not get the bedroom tv to work all week- followed the instructions- but still couldn’t get it to work. Just 1 suggestion- it would be nice to have a full length mirror Enjoyed our stay

We had a great vacation. The place was comfortable, clean and nicely air-conditioned, although we turned it off and had door and fans on for early morning. We enjoyed our breakfast on the little back deck. Around 10:00 we'd head down to the beach. By the way, Siesta Key has the absolute best beach around. It's just a short walk down to the beach. Chairs were available for lounging in the sun. I lived in Sarasota when I was a teen and would come frequently to the beach. A lot has grown up and changed since then, but still the best place on Earth. My husband and I plan on vacationing here again next year.

The unit was very old but clean. The kitchen cabinets and the appliances were very nice. The cabinets could use a little maintenance ( tightening of the hinges). The biggest disappointment was the bathroom the sink have very little water pressure ( suggest replace aerator). The tub needs the ceramic repaired ( replaced) the tub itself is VERY DANGEROUS the floor of the tub was very slippery. All in all the place was close to the pool and within walking distance to the beautiful beach. The parking directly in front of the unit and covered was very convenient. We think with a few updates this would be a great unit. We strongly recommend updating the bathroom and furniture

We enjoyed a great week at the Jamaican Royale in Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Being close to the pool was a plus and we met very friendly people. Sunsets were beautiful on the beach. iTrip Sarasota Beach Vacations answered our questions and concerns promptly. Another plus of this location was the transportation to the nearby restaurants and shopping by the free trolleys, Jonnys and golf cart operators. All were free rides with driver tips only. Will definitely be back!

Everything was as listed. Had a great time and will return. Stayed a week and hated to leave…..

Unit is just as described…very nice. Too bad one of the pools was closed as heater was not working. Other than that is was terrific. We love Siesta Key Beach and have been coming for 20 years.

The place was very nice and clean. About a mile and a half from the siesta key beach restaurants. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate. It was quite chilly for the beach.

This property was perfect for what I needed! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything! I will return! I didn't really interact with the property manager so I didn't really give a rating for that.

This condo was perfect for a week long vacation. It had everything we needed and was on the beach. The beds were super comfy and I didn't wake up with a stiff lower back at all. Siesta Village isn't walking distance from the condo but there's a trolley that runs the main line that picks you up and takes there. Then you can avoid parking and have drinks w/out having to drive :) I highly recommend and would stay again.

Unit was great! Smelled a little funky. Bathroom could use some upgrades. Clean. Accommodated well. Bedroom cable didn’t work. Pools were nice and clean. Only complaint was they closed very early!! Very impressed with our stay.

Everything was as advertised. Loved the resort, and it was a short walk to the beach. Liked the parking right in front of the unit. Good location on Siesta key. As previous reviews stated, sliding door won't lock. They have a bar to place, but seems like something the owner should actually fix. Place was clean, and the complex was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic unit! Very well stocked, great location and absolutely spotless. It was a lovely surprise to be so close to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back.

Slider glass door didn’t lock had to use wooden handle to lock , everything else worked fine enjoyed the out door B/Q grill , we had to upgrade our ristbands & the office took care of that for us !!! The beach location was great !!!

Pleasant place with a great beach.

The unit living spaces were updated and clean. Laundry was very convenient in unit. The patio door does not lock and a broom handle is used to secure door. Bathroom is very dated and needs complete remodel. Nice complex.

Great property, some minor issue’s with cleanliness of outside patio furniture.

The apartment was very nice & comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach and that we were able to head over there several times a day. We also really appreciate how quickly the host, Loretta, answered our messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Inside was very clean, had all appliances needed including kuerig. the pool next to our unit was very convenient for our daughter. the exterior of the development didn't give the best 1st impression but interior was very clean and for the rate it was well worth the price. development is on the beach, walk from the unit is a bit of a distance (i'd say a quarter mile) so make sure your coolers have wheels.

The lock on the sliding glass patio door might need some attention. It’s very difficult to lock and unlock the sliding door.

This was a very pleasant stay. We love how the pool is right beside the house. PS: I am 10 =) 1st family vacation. We enjoyed the grill area every night. Cooking, pool, ocean. Thank you.
