This was a must do trip for me and it was everything I imagined and more! The location was fantastic with the Bay on one side and beach on the other, the condo was spotless and more than enough room for our big group. Take the trip, Stay at Palm Bay!

Check in emails were very confusing as to which of the two locations required what code or process. House smells very musty. Caused allergic rhinitis to several guests. Accent rugs are a trip hazard. My pregnant guest almost fell because the area rugs slide and have no gripper backing. Internet box batteries are low and start beeping every 24 hours at night . First night drove us crazy until we figured out where it was coming from. If you have guests they must park way down the street at a community parking lot. Other than these issues it was an okay stay. This location just needs some more attention to details and it’s needs.

Beautiful unit with a great location. nicely renovated and well furnished. comfortable and clean. responsive and easy communication with management. Two pools, pickle ball, tennis and amazing beach with plenty of beach toys, cart, coolers, and cart. enjoyed the small size and easy pace of Sunset Key. Our family looks forward to the next visit already. Thanks for relaxing stay.

Resort employees are friendly and helpful. Pools/hot tub well kept and clean. Units are updated and spacious (we had an end unit). Property is very secure. Great perk to have access to bay and gulf. Of course the beach is second to none with private access and plenty of loungers.

Our stay here was wonderful. Our club and its amenities were clean, all employees were friendly & talkative. Room was beautiful and we loved the beach cart. It was our first time to SKB and we will be back!

Place was amazing and the owners thought of everything. Place is clean and has updated decor. Table was very family friendly and a great place for a game of cards or a homemade dinner. Came with a beach cart, extra beach towels, extra mini fridge for drinks, and even a cooler. Can't wait to stay there again next year!

This property was in a good location. The pools were clean and pretty. The condo itself was dirty and smelt musty. The master bed was so uncomfortable. The dryer took forever to dry clothes.

It was nice and clean we had some problems with the toilets water not working but other then gat was not to bad

We had 3 different condos in the Palm Bay Club. This was the nicest one. Great location. Thanks for a great vacation.

The property and location was perfect. Just as advertised. The private beach was an easy walk across the street and it was great having access to a fitness center, tennis courts, and 2 pools. All grounds were well maintained and secure with codes needed to access. We had one very minor maintenance item with the screen door which was addressed immediately. Management company very easy to communicate with and regularly checked in to see how our stay was. One thing to be aware of - this is an end unit on the first floor and near the main road and the pedestrian gate to get into the complex. If you are sensitive to noise just know you may hear the road traffic and security gate that slams as people come and go.

It was a very enjoyable five-night vacation by the ocean. My husband and I were very comfortable in this updated and meticulously clean property. We would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely everything: The club itself is beautiful and clean, with remarkable staff. The condo location is bar none. Condo is well-stocked. Beach is exquisite.

Absolutely wonderful and spacious accommodation. Not clear in arrival documentation that the office for check in is across a main road. When found and sorted the parking ticket the office seemed to have no responsibility for this accommodation. However once established that contact was needed to be direct with the owner it could not have been better. In summery ,when we did contact the owner our stay could not have been better. I would whole heartedly recommend thi place.

The twin bed needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable.

It was our first visit to Siesta Key beach. The private beach was amazing, and was not too crowded . The condo is first unit across the street to the pool and 5 min walk to the beach. The first floor unit was very convenient. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the trolley to the Village several nights. Would definitely come back to Siesta Key and Palm Beach Club.

Things we loved: toys, beach supplies, kitchen and not being in a hole! This was our first Vrbo and we will never do a hotel room again especially with 3-kids. The facilities were great and we loved the private beach. the best beach in FL, hands down.

My husband and daughter and I stayed here for the week of Easter and we had a delightful time! The condo was like a home away from home, we had all amenities that we needed, the decor was beautiful and the owner was very welcoming and helpful! The walk to the beach was quick and the pool is beautiful! Would love to stay again! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We find it nicely decorated and spacious. We had a issue with the spare room shower drain and once reported it was quickly addressed and fixed!

Private beach and two pools! Bed was comfy. We really enjoyed it. We would return!

We loved our stay in this condo. It is very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The living and dining room decor is nicely updated and accommodating to my large family visiting from other condos on the property. The bedrooms and bathrooms are average to below average. The furnishings are fine but the bedding and towels need to be updated. I have stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals and the kitchen in this condo was very minimally stocked. I rented this unit because of the space and the in-unit washer and dryer. The dryer works but times out occasionally, I believe it may need serviced. Overall it is a great rental with a great location on the property. Improvements that need to be addressed are: bed linens, bath towels, needs bath mats, door mat at sliding door to catch sand, a vacuum, a better stocked kitchen and improved outdoor seating area.

This was our second time at this Condo. We love the convenience of the inter coastal and then beach with free sun beds. SK is a fantastic place for families. Great vacation and we will be back again.

It was perfect except, our tv was out for 24 hrs. And the second bathroom fan is very very noisy and needs replacing! Beautiful place

Bring Your Own Salt and Pepper I need to preface that I own a condo that I manage myself and rent out. I know what it takes to have a 5* property. This condo is very comfortable in the main living area. The 2 large sofas, rocking chair and large table allow for family gathering in comfort. The bedrooms are adequate. The chairs at the beach are great. The charcoal grills heat up amazingly fast and hot by the bay. Where the condo falls short are the extras. No books, magazines, toiletries- not even salt and pepper. There is nothing in the kitchen, not even countertop spray to clean during a pandemic. My number one comment at MY property is that people have never stayed in such a well appointed place, expect the polar opposite here. I arrived back from the store where I had to buy cleaner for the counters to be surprised that there wasn’t even salt and pepper. They ask you to run the dishwasher on checkout but only give 3 pods for the week. They have a sign in the cabinet that says dishes aren’t necessarily cleaned to proper standards- probably because many people end up running the dishwasher without soap at the end of their stay. They only provide one liquid hand soap - in a pandemic. The tiny all in one shampoo is junk for anyone with hair and bad for the environment. It’s unfortunate that they are scrimping on these little things that truly make it easier for guests to arrive and relax. Charge a bit more and provide a few items as it is a very nicely furnished condo. It will never receive all 5 star reviews without some basic items to make it easier for guests traveling from near and far.
