Breakfast was not great! I expected better Breakfast.

Clean and modern room. Close to stores and restaurants. Decent sized pool. Impressive gym for a hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Complimentary cucumber water, coffee, tea, and apples in lobby. Helpful and HONEST staff. (I forgot an expensive item in my room and the staff found it and shipped it back to me)

I wish there were more gluten free options for breakfast.

We LOVE Home2Suites and this one was no different. they are just amazing, so modern and clean, and in a safe location.

There was one rude staff member, but I feel like she was a one-off. Everyone else was amazing! And I do wish there weee more hot food options for breakfast.

The size of the room. The kitchenette.

I had my 5 yr. old grandaughter spend the night. She threw up all over the bed and on the carpet. The cleaning staff were supposed to come do a thorough full clean as soon as they came on shift. Didnt happen. I had to take bedding off. When they finally came, they added the clean bedding and cleaned the carpet only. The changed sheets were wrinkled and very loose on bed. No garbage can liner. No air freshener. I had even tippedthe cleaning staff $10 before I realized they had only done the minimum. So disappointed. Also, the breakfast was pretty bad tasting. Oatmeal was cold. The cleaning cart was situated outside the elevator to be seen every time we left arrived.
