Not comfortable bed. Sheets felt like old shower curtains.

The rooms are large & comfortable.

Narrow driveway entryway & not much parking, but that may be due to property size

Absolutely nothing. Staff was very rude! Came into town for the weekend and they refused my families service because my license still showed Abilene on it and I haven’t received my new one yet saying Amarillo. Front desk person was very rude and hateful to us and the customers waiting in the room.

EVERYTHING!! Staff was very rude! Came into town for the weekend and they refused my families service because my license still showed Abilene on it and I haven’t received my new one yet saying Amarillo. Front desk person was very rude and hateful to us and the customers waiting in the room. Some customers told us there was bedbugs and others said there were roaches. They were here for a sports tournament. So I’m glad we DIDNT STAY THERE!!! The whole place is TRASH as well as the “owner” of the hotel. I’m filing with corporate for everything!!!

The staff was great, the lady in charge of breakfast even kept the kitchen open for an extra hour. The gentleman who works at night at the front desk was very kind and hospitable and got us everything we needed.

No complaints!
